I placed my order for ten bags of chocolate dipped Hershey pretzels on 10/16, expecting to have them in time for Halloween. My order arrived on 11/18 - still, I figured it would make a nice Christmas gift but then I notice that the expiration date on both boxes (ten bags) is November 2020. Well, we're more than halfway through November of 2020 so I do not wish to consume these and cannot gift them a month later for Christmas. Now, they updated their listing since people started to complain to include the "best if used by date" which I can promise (110%) was NOT listed at the time of purchase. They're a bunch of scam artists and refuse to accept my return and issue a refund for their expired food.
I WAS a return customer. But I won't be doing business anymore. HORRIBLE customer service. My order from 45 days ago, has not arrived and I have NOT received any notifications. They will NOT refund my order. Still waiting with NO tracking info, so they have not processed my order. WHAT A JOKE!
Order a box of masks and they never shio it but they kept the money. Congratulations you screwed an old guy out of $25.00. The tracking number says that it never shipped. Tracking number are good for 24 months per the postal service. So they are lying when they said the tracking number expired. Again a crap company. If you have an issue with them they won't make it right. Don't do business with a company like them.
Very disappointed - received a noname generic version of the name brand item that was advertised. Not worth the hassle and money to return. Have opted our of the mailing and texting list.
I am 60 I have ordered thousands of items over the years from ebay Amazon Groupon etc... This company does not even have cutomer service I ordered whisky rocks and a phone magnifying gadget which neither work I have documented this I am going through my cc company on this because these people are basically stealing my money and selling worthless crap they do not back. Call me for details *******067
Thieves! I ordered 2 sets of 8 (I believe), & never received them. It turns out USPS was too lazy to bring them to my apartment door (if they didn't fit in my mail box), & That Daily Deal would not & did NOT refund me 100% of my $$. They suggested I speak with USPS as to why they didn't deliver them to me. I believe my total refund was between 75-77%! I believe it should've been 100%, since I didn't even receive them! This is terrible customer service & it's stealing! I will NEVER do business with them again! And have blocked them as SPAM.
This business is a scam. You purchase items and then never receive them. They tell you the transport is delayed because of COVID-19 but research PROVES that the shipment was never delivered to the transporter (USPS). Customer service either tells you the same thing over and over or doesn't respond. There is no way to get your money back except through your credit card company charge dispute process. Save your time, effort and money by buying the same product from anywhere else!
Please stay away from this company. I never received my products, they provided me a bogus tracking number, and there's no customer service.
I'm surprised how low I'm seeing the ratings for That Daily Deal. My experience with them has actually been quite positive. I've found quite a few bargains on quality merchandise. I've placed several orders now, and received everything within a reasonable amount of time. I did go for the bundle up shipping which they seem to offer free shipping on multiple items a couple of times a month, so with that option, orders do take about 2 weeks to arrive. I did have a couple of complaints over items that weren't quite right, but Kiesha with customer service was quick to respond and make things right. She both refunded and replaced per my request on different items. I was sent a label for one return with shipping paid by That Daily Deal. So it seems to me that they are legitimate, try to make things right, and stand behind their products, taking care of their customers. I have done some price checking, and found That Daily Deal's prices to often come in at less than for the same items on Amazon, Ebay, or Walmart. I do wish that their descriptions of items were a little more detailed, and that they wouldn't send quite so many emails. But overall, I've been very pleased with both the products that they sell and the way that they treat their customers. As I said, Kiesha, in particular, has been extremely kind and helpful!.
Zero Star! Total scams Save your $$ Do not order buyer BE aware! They take your $ don't ship the promise items horrible return email to answer your complain!
I've purchased about 5 or 6 products from this site. Some are great, affordable, and even made in the USA... others are cheap, foreign-made pieces of crap.
I'm giving them 4 stars because I've always had EXCELLENT customer service. I ordered 2 "mini-misters"... they were laughable. Both arrived with cracks in the plastic water reservoir- one was so badly broken it wouldn't hold water, and the USB port didn't align with the plastic housing so charging would have been impossible. The other still had droplets of water in it, but just to satisfy my curiosity, I used it... a baby's fart could produce greater force than this mister. I literally couldn't feel the mist two inches away from the device, and it was out of water in less than 3 minutes. BTW... the company also included a little note that stated (in very broken English) they'd send me an Amazon gift card for $10 if I wrote a 5 star review with 200 characters or more praising their product... uh-huh...
However- I emailed the thatdailydeal.com, they replied back the same day, and told me to either keep, trash or donate the products and I'd be issued a full credit in 3-5 business days. I thought for sure I'd been duped after reading so many bad reviews... but maybe they've ALSO been reading them, because the full amount was back in my account 24 hours after they responded!
So 5 stars for their CS, 3 stars for carrying some crappy products they probably should have researched a bit more before carrying, but I think that as long as you're not planning on using the item immediately, or sending to someone as a gift (meaning you have time and patience to possibly get a bad product and wait for a refund) it's definitely worth a try. Also their mystery gifts are kinda neat... I ended up with a limited edition set of playing cards with just my "points" from previous purchases that I saw on a resale site selling for $15, a kids toy selling for $12, and some Mario Brothers decals (?) LOL...
I have ordered a few things from them. Big mistake. Cheap stuff that doesn't work ad you wait a long time to get it. One item the N95 were a cheap Kn95 china mask that said would be sent right out and over a month later was still waiting. Next mistake was the touch
Less soap dispenser. Total junk. Worked once then nothing.
I got this company confused with another with a similar name that I had bought from before. My bad. The item took so long to ship that I forgot I ordered it it until they sent an email saying the package had been shipped - after months! The tracking information was not operational for a week or so, then I got notice it had been delivered. I was not there and when I returned to the house, there was no package there. Their customer service person took 3 weeks to answer saying I had to work with USPS and that the company couldn't do anything. Steer clear of these people. They are not on the up and up. Thank goodness it wasn't much money, but it is the principle that matters.
I ordered 20 KN95 masks from this company for &59.80. I waited over a month for this company to send the order. I emailed them 3 times and no response until I involved PayPal. They then sent me only 5 masks? They said they would not refund any money nor send me the 15 masks purchased. They then said a refund would only be made if I sent the masks back to them. I requested that they only charge me for the 5 masks and they denied requests. I could not go to the post office or mail facility to send these items back due to my age, my husbands cancer treatment and the risk of Covid in Southern California. Now, I am still being charged for $59.80. PayPal was of no help. Stay away from this site.
Just received my 8 pack of Designer Sunglasses in the mail. What a joke. 8 pair for $17. You can get better pairs of sunglasses at the Dollar Store. All 8 were Foster Grants, that I believe may have been pulled from the Woolworth store they originated in from 1929! Take it from me, save your $17 and spend it elsewhere.
I tried to order 10 KN95 mask along with hand sanitizer. You had a choice of pressing 1 for 10 mask, but would not work. I instead tried 10 for 10 masks (100), and that work. Well, I did not want 100 masks It never asked me to review or confirm the order Instead it went directly to purchase the items. I contacted Jammin Butter, the owner immediately after placing the order via email indicating what had happened, and there was no communication between him and myself. I I continued to send 3 other emails without any acknowledgement. To my surprised, the order was shipped the following day. I have disputed this charge with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM TTHIS COMPANY BY THE NAME OF THAT DAILY DEAL. They will rip you off, and pay no attention to any emails you might send.
No mention of this protect NOT coming with a plug in. In fact, she stated just set it down and place your phone on it for charging. I'll NEVER buy from them again.
I ordered my products over a month ago and have not received them. No, I did not order masks!
Shortly after ordering my email, debit card, eBay and Facebook accounts were all hacked. Coincidence... I doubt it! This is the 1st time I've ordered from a company I had not checked out 1st and I am deeply regretting it!
I ordered face mask in April, it's been over 2 months and no masks, no refund. I have emailed them 5 times in the past month, final got a response, saying it was returned because of wrong address, mind you, this wasn't the 1st items I've order, had the right address that time? They still haven't refunded or said they would resend them. I just reported it to the BBB, let them deal with this fraudulent company
ONE STAR TOO MANY! DESERVES NEGATIVE 100 STARS. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNTABILITY AND ZERO PHONE COMMUNICATION REGARDLESS OF YOUR CONCERN. ORDER PLACED 4-5-2020; TODAY IS 5-27-2020 AND STILL NO MERCHANDISE EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE WAS MARKED UP PAST LEGAL LIMITS. I HAVE ORDERED FROM REPUTABLE COMPANIES AND HAD PRODUCTS DELIVERED WITHIN 2 WEEKS MAX CONSIDERING COVID19. THEY ADVERTISED THAT ITEMS WERE AVAILABLE AND READY TO SHIP WHICH TURNS OUT TO BE BAIT AND SWITCH. THIS IS SIMPLY A BAIT AND SWITCH PRICE JACKED UP OPPORTUNIST COMPANY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF AMERICA'S COVID19 CRISIS. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A SIMILAR OR SAME EXPERIENCE. THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE AND REAL EXPERIENCES AND EXAMPLES OF AN UNSCRUPULOUS AND DESPICABLE COMPANY. THEY ARE HURTFUL TO A NATION FACED WITH A CRISIS WITHOUT CONVICTION OF THEIR CONSCIOUS. THANKS FOR NOTHING. BUYER BEWARE.
Answer: Via email was the only way - [email protected]. But my experience was NOT helpful or supportive.
Answer: You obviously are not shopping with That Daily Deal
Answer: If you take them up on their free shipping offer if bundled with other items and sent out twice a month, it usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive.
