Purchased Aukey EarPods and the left one stopped working and will not charge but because it's past 7 days there is no refund and anything they will do. The 2 yr warranty in the box does not work. I guess you get what you pay for.
I bought something that had to be returned to sender. Even though they do supposedly have a refund policy, the package they state they did not receive back. The post office does it sitting there. I called the post office but, they will not talk to me on it since I am not the original shipper. Emailing back n forth with That Daily Deal's customer service, they refuse to contact the post office to find out where it is and why it hasnt been returned. I am out $60. The person who has been emailing with me Kiesha has been very polite but, refuses to contact the Postal service even after I provided them with an email from the carrier stating they must contact them.
Avoid this company.
Look at todays deal for example set of knives for $15 + $5 shipping advertising that Amazon has them for $25. Here is what you get for your extra $5 from Amazon. The real deal, not knockoffs. The ability to chat with customer service, return or replace an item at no cost, a guarantee for their product, ability to use for 30 days to see if the product meets the Description.
What do you get from daily deal. Knock offs. Customer service via email that takes days, even weeks if you even get a response. No phone, no chat, no consistent return or replace policy. Everything they sell is cheap Chinese non branded stuff or a blemished or faulty product. Like a manufacture error run they just get rid of. If it is close to the Amazon price like todays knives, it's a no brainer.
I purchased 8 1lb bags of dog treats.Upon opening the box and reading ingredients and expiration date I find the date to be JULY12 2023. How and why would they send 8lbs of dog treats that expire in two months? I can tell you why; They are a company that lures you in with a suposedly attractive dollar amount and sends you a product that would be difficult for a reputable company to ever sell. Why do you think they cannot be contacted? They know exactly what they are doing.BUT,they can only cheat us ONCE.Soon all buyers will be aware and they will cease to exist which is the BEST that could happen. All I have is a reference # ******* as proof, they do not even have a order# The sku is *******716 Finleys Happy Belly Bars I have proof but I dont know how to take photo and send through computer. I sent sku#
I ordered 2 beach blankets and received 2 pieces of thin tarp. Here is Keisha from customer service's response: " Blanket is a broad term and we use it to describe what this item is mostly compatible to." Are you serious, Keisha? I guess this company redefines words as it suits them. Shouldn't be in business.
Every item I have bought from this site has not disappointed. The shipping is not as fast as I would like, but the products are as discribed.
I have placed several orders with this company and over 75% of the things I've received have either been defective, broken, or are straight up junk. My latest purchase was a $15 portable fan that doesn't work, but I was out of town and didn't alert them within the 7 days of receipt. Now I'm stuck with MORE junk. Don't fall for the $1 mystery item add on: I was sent a crappy deck of playing cards. Do yourself a favor and don't order from these crooks. Scam scam scam! If the price is too good to be true, it usually is.
Selected & Ordered 2 pair "sport" polarized sunglasses. Received one "sport" pair and one "wayfarer" pair as pictured in the ad. Emailed the company advising of wrong pair received and asking for advice on how to remedy. Received an insulting email response stating I am "confused", that the erroneous pair was in fact "sport". The shipping manager stated that all of the glasses in the ad were "sport" and they sell many different varieties similar to the black one sent to me that are considered "sport". Attaching pics….to state I am "confused" was appalling. To put the statement on the shipping paperwork "sport or wayfarer" was a sneaky thing to do, since it shows that I ordered two "sport". Will be spreading the word that this company is a rip-off at best. The negative reviews on here alone should put this company out of business.
Yeah, I just bought a 12 foot inflatable ghost to add to my Halloween decorations. Claimed to be sold for $114 on sale for $34.99. After I was charged for it and it shipped, I saw the exact same product for sale on Amazon for $24.99. Total scam, I will never buy a single thing from these con-artists.
On June 9th I found a 12pc silicone kitchen set for $14.99 on "That Daily Deal" from a well known website. It consist of 3 spatulas, 3 whisk, 3 tongs and 3 folding strainers. Can you believe all these items for such a great price? I couldn't believe it and had to place an order. Even better, the price would be $12.00 if I put in a code from the other website. What a deal. I ordered three sets for Christmas gifts. I placed my order and realized after that I forgot to put in the code. UGH!
I sent an email to That Daily Deal telling them that I forgot to put in the discount code and asked if they can make an adjustment. I was very pleasantly surprised that Kiesha replied and said she credited my account for the difference. Wow, what great customer service. I had never heard of That Daily Deal before June 9th. Now I will have to keep my eye out for the Daily Deals!
Kiesha deserves to get her koodles for a job well done. Thank you again. I really appreciated your help.
BTW I received my order earlier today and everything looks great. The quality of the items are very good. I can even break up the three sets into smaller sets. I have a lot of options using the kitchen sets for gifts. What a bonus! Thank you "That Daily Deal"
I have purchased from these guys since they started and have almost always been pleased. A few items were not what I thought but all in all great prices on good items! I will keep buying.
I had a problem with an item I purchased. I was a little concerned that many of the reviews were negative. I received a quick response to my email, and a replacement is on its way. These are Christmas gifts, so their 'no-muss-no-fuss' is very much appreciated!

This "company" does not keep you informed regarding shipping, and the item goes all around the country before you finally receive it - several weeks later!
Great product at fair to great prices. Shipping can be slow, but it always arrives and they are super helpful when you ask questions.
Tried to cancel could not get any to answer my e mail charge for 9.99 was just junk would not want another box
So just know their payment box is disabled, you literally waste all your time then can't check out.
Try to get help...yeah, there is none.
No wonder why internet shows crap ratings
Somewhere buried in their site they inform you that regardless of what shipping address you use when you order. They can bundle any other orders that come that come in later if they haven't shipped the first order yet. Regardless of your receipt that clearly shows the different shipping address and it doesn't matter if you even paid separate shipping charges.
I'll never buy anything from here again. I can't track my package cuz I can't find a tracking number & my package was supposed to be delivered by Oct. 13 at the latest and I'm still waiting! Sure, they blame it on COVID. Whatever to get them off the hook. This site sucks! Do not use!
Don't buy anything from That Daily Deal. Everything is crap. I ordered 3 sets of Christmas Lights. You think they are UL approved? The wire is so thin my house may burn down. I hope That Daily Deal has insurance. Picture 1 shows you the difference in size of a UL approved electric wire and That Daily Deal Christmas Lights wire. Picture 2 shows you what 3 sets of That Daily Deal Christmas lights look like against a normal size Bic pen. These 3 sets are suppose to cover 36 feet long and 6 feet wide in a NE winter outside. What do you think?
Clearing out old emails and don't remember ever receiving KN95 face masks or not what was described as 100 count but received two. No tracking number. A scam website. Report to BBB to shut them down.
Answer: Via email was the only way - [email protected]. But my experience was NOT helpful or supportive.
Answer: You obviously are not shopping with That Daily Deal
Answer: If you take them up on their free shipping offer if bundled with other items and sent out twice a month, it usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive.
