I enjoy using this for my side hustle. I have the free version, so there are adds in there that sometimes I confuse for communications from my customers. But that doesn't really bother me. I have noticed if my conversation lasts more than 20 minutes, the call drops. Not sure if that is part of the free version.
Wish you could store the people name with the text phone number
My favorite aspect of this service is being able to access the text messages from my desktop computer. This is a much more user friendly way to access and respond to those messages. The service on my phone functions just like any other mobile service, whether texting or calling I do not notice a difference in quality between TextNow and a typical phone service carrier.
The app is great for getting a second phone number, I love that you can choose from various numbers and even select your preferred area code, which is super convenient. However, the design feels a bit outdated & clunky, making navigation less enjoyable. Additionally, there are too many ads if you're not subscribed, which can get annoying.
One major downside is that if you don't use the app for a while, they can reclaim your number and assign it to someone else. This could be a privacy risk if you've linked that number to any accounts or shared it for personal use. Overall, it's a good app with solid features, but there's room for improvement in the user experience and ad policies.

I can't use my text free number and I haven't been able to use it. I forgot my number
This app has been great need less day. When I need to use Text No, it opens right up for me. No problem. Reception could be hella better for voice calls... Other than that Text Now does the job and gets it done.

I don't mind the text now I would even pay for it if it wasn't a weekly pay but what I don't like is the long advertisements that y'all provide
Works flawlessly and the adds are not overbearing like many other ones tend to always be.
