TextNow is showing signs that it is listening to consumers. TextNow has moved forward. Feedback is obviously not being run from and is being taken and used to make improvements. The ability use TextNow for emails is a huge leap and has brought me to enjoying my service. Also the ability to purchase data in random buckets is a genius idea and I personally believe will be the primary reason I make the move to Textnow ful time. Thanks to TextNow for listening to our feedback

I have been using TextNow since 2021 and the service has been awesome. The cost for the service I am enrolled in is extremely affordable.
Injust wish it was free to use i dont have money to pay for textnow i thought wifi was paying for it but guess not
I enjoy this service. I can have a separate phone number to conduct what is necessary and not interrupt my main line
To send a quick call or text this works well with the free account thats even with all the ads. I found a lot more issues with the paid version, it would say " I reached a call limit" after making 3-4 back to back calls. Issues when holding/unholding a call. Group msgs are the worst which I wouldn't mind if the paid version wasn't $24-$32 ish a month.
Great, service. Easy to use app which is always reliable. I have been a customer for about five years with no concerns.

It's good.
Needs improvement like a mechanism for easier loading of web content. Might consider mms/sms optimization to network packet processing maybe? Beyond that, it works great. I might recommend as a developer using cantenna and some satellites for tethering to public wifi for 4g&5g network slices and indices so it is free for you as a provider.;-)
I really like the services, they work just like the other phone companies at way less the cost.
