Waitress was really rude to me and my other was very slow and did not get the food right And was very touchy.
One thing after another. Waitress was overwhelmed due to a large party. They break up service between multiple people and one doesnt know what the other is doing. Never brought salads out before meal. Then when they did they kept food warm and brought it out to us again instead of remaking it. Forgot side orders. Tables and menus where sticky. Food was ok at best. Prime rib was fatty. And food was barely warm. Definitely NOT worth the wait it money.
We come to the Texas Roadhouse at least twice a month., and we never had a bad meal or bad service. We usually sit at the bar. We were there this past Sunday around 4 o'clock to have a cocktail and dinner at the bar, and also to watch the football game that was on a local network. We have been there before and watched many games, but unfortunately this past Sunday we couldn't watch football along with 2 or 3 other couples because the bartender said you didn't have cable anymore. We we're very disappointed and discouraged because we we're waiting for the game all day and decided to go to dinner and watch it. We travel 20 miles to come and visit the roadhouse very often and I was wondering why the franchise came to this decision, not to have cable anymore? By the way, dinner was awesome as usual!
Went to this place of so called business and was happy at all. My family and I party of 8 was served cold food everybody food was cold. They took food back and was pose to remake the food that wasn't the case they served us reheated food which was nasty I didn't even eat my food so we waited another hour for reheated food. Was told we would get discount and never did called cooperate and they didn't nothing as well … I'll never spend my money at this place ever again poor customer service and nasty food I rather eat cheddars before here
The girl who gave me my food in to-go was very disrespectful and was messing around while she was working. I will not be coming back her! Her name was allanah.
We went to this restaurant August 28th, 2022 for my husband's birthday. We were put a very tiny table, the waitress got us our bread and butter immediately but she never noticed we had no silverware. So we managed the bread... the appetizer was brought, still no silverware. Ok, so it's mostly finger food. Then came out salad. Finally I spoke up and asked for silverware. When our steaks were brought out, they were overcooked, but we didn't complain. Well the side of fries wasn't ready. By the time we had eaten our steaks, the waitress came back and asked if everything was ok. I aske if I could have our fries and a to go box. My husband asked for a manager. She was unable to say anything but excuses and even said that we were allowed to take the food! Which we paid for in advance unfortunately. I wouldn't go back...
I took back my entire birthday order as the ribeyes were well done not med rare. They overcooked the the same. Blamed the cuts of meat as to why it wasnt med rare, i go once a week, i wont again. The troll theresa bailey was horrible. I paid 50.00 they gave me 30.00 back. No food after 2 days, i guess running off loyal customers is ok... i can spend 200 a month elsewhere n prob. I ate there 2x this week both messed up.
Steaks and rack of ribs tasty and prepared properly. However salads considerably smaller than they used to be.
Rack of ribs considerably smaller than other restaurants in the area. Service was only fair. Not in a big hurry to go back.
I asked for a Medium Well steak at the Texas Roadhouse in Palmyra, PA with a baked potato and green beans. My steak had too much pepper (my husband loves pepper and even HE said it was too much!). The steak was also so overdone, there was NO PINK and NO JUICE from it at all. Someone in the kitchen doesn't know how to follow directions! The baked potato was fine. The green beans had smoked bacon in it (not ham) and some kind of brown broth - you couldn't taste the green beans at all! Someone on the kitchen staff is trying to be too creative at work instead of following the recipes. If this is their recipe, they need to change it! The only really good thing about the meal was their fresh bread. It is TDF (to die for!). Other than that, my birthday dinner was a real disappointment for the price we paid! ($50 for 2 people - my husband had BB ribs). I mentioned the problem with my steak and the waitress said she could send it back, but I didn't want to spend the next hour waiting for another steak. Instead, she offered another steak the way I ordered it to take home. I accepted the offer. I should have probably said no and had her take the steak off of the check. We won't be going back there! I don't have the ability to copy the receipt since it came via email and my computer will only save it as a DOC or PDF file.
Ordered on line and the prices on line are not the real prices. They don't tell you how much when you ordered till you pick it up. Cold food. Kingston Texas Roadhouse is sooooo much better.and I live not far from the one in Poughkeepsie.
Service sucked came in at 9:30 p.m. ask for dinner rolls server said kitchen thrown away all the rolls food was cold bar closed without even saying last call and while walking out the door and paying the bill looked over towards kitchen and was a full rack of dinner rolls and they said they threw all the rolls away never come to the Brownsville Texas Roadhouse again
I really don't understand how you guys stay in business. I went to the Texas Roadhouse in 1150 Blackwood ave in ocoee and I went there with my family of 6 and made my check in on the waiting list. Got there and when in at 3pm and 15mins later another couple came in and sat next to us. The couple order and 5mins later we ordered mine. The couple got there order and 1hour and a half later that's when we got our food. The couple got there after us and left the place before we could even start to eat. I really like to eat there but after today I don't recommend this location. You may look into this matter cause I think that you need more cooking help in this place and less table servers. Thanks for listening.
Considering how most places of business are short staffed & quality of food and hospitality as decreased, the Texas Roadhouse at 3322 Outer Loop is the best place in town! Yes, it's my favorite restaurant, but I had a bad experience on Dixie recently. But this place went above and beyond to ensure my date and I were satisfied. Not just our waitress, Lisa, but other servers and the manager frequently came to our table to check on us. Take in mind, the place was packed! No wait time and great food! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and high class hospitality!
The food was amazing and the server Trent was amaazing, I would definitely want him again he looks kinda like drake. Trent if you see this it's the 3 children who tipped you $40 sorry for the ghetto one ( the Caucasian/Asian)
This is my fifth or sixth time eating at Texas roadhouse Grill. Each time I do, I make it very clear to the server but I have a dairy allergy and cannot tolerate butter cheese or cream. Despite this, nearly every time my food comes in with butter or some sort of dairy. Tonight was no different. I ordered the same thing each time and as my meal came glistening with butter, the manager nearly said I'll get you a new one and then left. No "I'm sorry" or "how terrible we messed up ". But merely for another one which I threw in the garbage. This will be the last time I eat in a place that doesn't want to cater to someone who has a special dietary need.
It is amazing how busy this place always is so I can see why they really don't care about my complaints. I will clearly skip Texas roadhouse Grill or any future endeavors. Considering I eat out 2 to 3 times a week.
We went to Texas Roadhouse in Goodyear, Arizona today. We used the on line check in. Our party was 8 people; however, the selection on the app only went up to selecting 6 peoople. This required a visit to the hostess desk after checking in on line. The response text as well as the sign inside the restaurant stated to wait in your car until you are called. It was 106° today... are they serious? Of course absolutely no one was following that little rule. Why bother insulting your customers with such a ridiculous rule? After waiting INSIDE in the air conditioning, they would not seat us until our entire party had arrived which required us providing the hostess with yet another update when that occurred. Then, we had to wait in another line until they assigned us a server, then we were finally seated.
Other than the amount of time it took us to navigate their seating/reservation process, the food was excellent. There was not one mistake on any of the orders in our large party of 8.
This would have been a 5 star review except for the cumbersome reservation process and ridiculous "wait outside in the heat" rule.
Haylee is supper sweet, helpful and ready to answer any questions. It was my daughters birthday and she was so excited for the birthday song she even brought her a brownie out.
I want to start by saying I have always loved Texas Roadhouse. This visit on 8-1-22 we we're a big group so giving the wait was expected.we waited 30 min over our waiting time that we were told. The wait was not even so much the problem it was the Manager Brittany that was rude talk to the other employee about us in front of us as we waited for them to clean the table. That took them 20 min to do. We asked Brittany what the problem was and why she was talking about us she then rolled her eyes. She responded you all have a problem with an sty and aggressive body language and that was when it got so out of line. I asked to speak to a different manager because the way she handled herself as a manager was so unprofessional. She said that she was the owner and I then told her she was lying. I wanted the number to corporate and she said she didn't know it for me just to go sit down and look it up. I had to ask a server for the number to Corey. Honestly I have never been so disappointed with a person representing Texas Roadhouse Amarillo Tx. Honestly I have worked in food business for many years and own my own business. I know it's hard to find good help these days but Truly would not want someone like that representing my business. We go there as a family often but I'm really not sure if I will be back.
We visited McCandless Pa.
1. the wait was longer than told
2. The wait for the food was too long
3. The temperature in the restaurant was RIDICULOUSLY TOO COLD. Which in turn makes your meal cold before you have a chance to finish it.
Even asked our server if they could turn temperature down I knew that was a waste of time. Couldn't wait to get out of there and we WILL NOT RETURN.
Went to there restaurant this evening in bridgeville pa was the worse food I ever ordered steak had so much fat and gristle couldn't even eat it and it took forever to come out and was ice cold very very poor place don't recommend.
