Kim was the best server I Have experienced after the pandemic. Very helpful and knew everything about the menu and she was very friendly. I will recommend her to be your server and enjoy your food.

The waitress was good at her job but the steaks were overcooked and we never received our salads and also got the wrong sides. It was 2:30 in the afternoon and they were very busy for that time on a Saturday.

Check in online was great got there I let them know our party were all present. Went in entrance met a mob of people in foyer no one in waiting area where they should be waiting. The manager should have cleared out this area there was plenty of room in waiting area that is to the left of front entrance. If there wa an emergency people would be trapped. We arrived about 5:45pm we left about 7 pm and the entrance was still a mob scene. I just had knee replacement surgery and had to fight through the crowd. I thought that this was was very unsafe, I will not return to eat there.The waiter was very nice and food was ok. The fire inspector should check this condition.

I've been coming here for years and years and years went tonight with my gift card shrimp appetizer with ice cold I ordered the thing I always order which is top sirloin they gave me filet mignon such a ripoff

I was excited to get a Texas Roadhouse in Salisbury NC. But the past 3 times I went there, I was disappointed. My son and I went and my meat was saw and had to send it back. 2nd time, I took my daughter, Son and grandchildren there for their birthdays. We didn't get our bread or drinks or salads until our food came. Waiters didn't seem to know what they were doing. Food was okay though. I figured since the restaurant was fairly new, I'd give it a 3rd try. Disappointed again. I got the steak kebab in rice. I asked for the meat to be cooked medium. It was so overly cooked and tough it was like rubber. The rice was thick and stuck together and wasn't good. So I asked the waitress send it back. She did, but it was so tough, I couldn't eat it. My granddaughter that was with us, her steak was too raw. Out waitress was awesome. So nice. But after 3 visits, I don't think I'll be back.

Our servers were wonderful. We waited 40 minutes longer then we were told when we called ahead. The food was incredibly salty. The steaks wers overcooked from what they were ordered and not very tender. The chicken breast was very thin, with the breading on it being thicker than the meat, as i stated before both were very salty. This is a highly overrated, hyped up establishment. I truely miss roadside dives after this.

After waiting 1 hour and 50 min i was finally seated without any kind of communication of why such an ugly wait. I inititially was given a text at 5.50 pm that I was goingto to be seated at NLT 7:15 to 7:25. However it was not until 7:40 pm when i was finally seated. I haven't seen such an unorganized buch for a while. I have to say the steaks were okay but nothing special. The waitress was very attentive and efficient but the seating op needs a lots of improvement to work for.

Arrived to the location and was told 30min wait. I figured as much, got the text to be seated and then said come wait in line. Just text me when its my turn to sit. Got to the table and the waitress was great. Placed our order and the steak my boyfriend order was no longer available. Why is it on the menu? Did not received bread for over half of my meal. Ordered a salad with no crouton and got them. My steak ordered was correct but needed ketchup. The bottle on the table was empty. Stopped a waitress going by and she acted like it was horrible we stopped her. My boyfriends steak came out extremely well done when he ordered it rare. Another 20 min for him to get his food and it was his birthday. Didnt dare to tell anyone or it might take longer. We were the only table in the section our waitress had so we rarely saw her and it is not her fault they cannot put waitresses in the proper order. We had managers standing right behind us at a computer and they could not dare to help when we looked for someone several times. I would never recommend or return to the restaurant. Nothing was done to help us at all and the manager that delivered his steak was irritated he had to have another one ordered. You could see it on her face.

I ordered a steak medium well and it came out medium rare. I didn't eat the steak and the waiter got the manger and when he came over he was like what can I do for you bud. I told him and he said he would take care of my steak. He took my steak from my table and only gave me a $16.00 discount on a $21.99 steak plus another $2.29. If I would have know that would have took it home and cooked it right. As I'm typing this I'm eat a burger from McDonald's, that sad. The manager told me that's how his staff learns from mistakes, but I don't think that's right at the cost of the guest. I won't be back!

Rather than stay home alone on Christmas Eve I decided to treat myself to a great steak. Benton took very good care of me! Thank you for working today. Merry Christmas!

I have a yet not been able to dine at Texas roadhouse I hope to next week. In four phone calls to Texas roadhouse last week I received four different bits of information relative to if they were going to be open and what time they open on Dec. 26. First I was informed they would be open at 12:00 pm on Dec. 26, next phone call I was informed they would be closed on the 26th, third phone call I was told she was not sure when they would open on the 26th, and finally on the forth call was told they would open at 3:00 pm. On the 26th.
Does anyone know if and when they will be open on Dec. 26,2022?

Pork chop was dry my g friend. My chic fried steak was more than 1/4 all breading i cut out about 4" b4 i got meat no $#*!! It went home cuz i was full on appitizers. I put in a steamer and its almost 1/6" thick u pound it to much 12/16/2022 oh waited 1hr45 min. In shiloh il. Sat at Willies corner. Happy b day to me should of had hamberger helper way better! Ohh the half side o ribs super dry. Jerky!

I went in with my family and ate in the bar area. The wait was a little longer than expected so after 3 bites we requested boxes to go. I left the waitress a $10.00 tip for seating us and getting our drinks only to check my account and she had blessed herself with a $18.00 tip. Even if they thought my 0 was an 8 the math wldnt added up and the new total wld hve been 3 digits opposed to 2 digits. I called the restaurant and the manager immediately agreed to refund me my differences but I'm sadden someone wld take from me and my family. It's the principal. Shame on the staff!

We just got seated. Hi I'm Lukas what would you like to drink? Can you give us a minute to look at the drink menu? Sure I'll be back. 10 plus minutes later and Lukas has is still talking to the table behind us as they were trying to leave. No water just rolls 18 minutes into our visit. I could wait if he was truly busy, but not 10 minutes bsing with what seemed to be friends and ignoring his customers! Don't go to Elkhart Indiana Texas Roadhouse!
