I ordered a tank top previously and received the same style but I got the t-shirt. I kept the t-shirt and decided I still wanted the tank top so I've ordered it again. I hope to get the tank top. If not, I will call and ask that it be replaced but will probably not come back to shop again.
I was really impressed with the quality, price, and how quickly my shirts arrived. On my pumpkin monogram shirt, it looked like part of the colors had been rubbed off so I contacted customer service. Within a day I had a reply saying that was what it was supposed to look like-distressed. I went back and looked at the website I ordered from, and you really can't tell from the picture posted that the 2 pieces of the ribbon are distressed. I'm not sure why only 2 pieces are like that and not the whole "bow". It looks defective. I would recommend either adding a comment on this shirt about the "distressed" 2 pieces of ribbon, or add a feature where you can zoom in to the picture so you can see it clearly before ordering.
Although this is my first purchase - I'm hoping the quality is up to par!
