I have ordered several things and I have been pleased with them all. However, I do notice that the ads on the website often contradict what the customer service reps say. Once I saw there was a group discount and when I asked about it they said there was not. This time I saw that you could add a name to the back for $6 but when I asked how they said I would have to submit it to the customization department and wait for a quote. That was frustrating, but overall I am satisfied! Love the shirts!
