Very happy with the orders I've placed! I even made a mistake in the order and customer service was quick to respond and correct my mistake. My large order was 100% correct and received in a timely matter even during the busy holiday rush.
Not happy at all. I received a shirt with a defective design and when I asked for a refund I was denied because the shirt was personalized.
It took a over a week and a half to receive the Christmas shirt order after it left the warehouse.
