You need to have your tracking information available. Being left in the dark and no way to check on my order was not ok with me. You had no contact information in any of your correspondence.

I was very pleased with my shirt and look forward to baseball season to wear it. The only negative was due to my mistake but I ordered the shirt again with the mistake corrected. I will still be able to wear the first shirt but the second one will make more sense. Very pleased customer.

Super easy! But the Sherpa pullover was not as pictured. It is not a product that I would recommend. I will be returning
