Recently placed an order and half an hour later placed another order. My fault, should have checked with the wife before I placed the first order. Customer service refunded the shipping on my second order to save me some $$$. All of this on Thanksgiving day! Great service fantastic seller.
I ordered a shirt that was too small (my fault). Within 10 minutes of contacting them by there exchange portal they contacted me and replaced and had a new size ordered for me. This all happened on Thanksgiving morning. They also told me to donate my mistake. Just a great experience all around. Thanks Alexandra!
I've got the coolest kids ever! They are so hip and love stuff most kids don't so it's really tough to shop for them. Teepublic not only carries the designs of the bands and cartoons that they love in their sizes, but they also have the craziest and most original designs by Indie artists. I'm talking designs you will never see at normal stores and designs that your friends and family will be asking where you got them so they can buy in their size. Last Xmas was a home run buying shirts for my boys. Daft Punk. Check. Five Nights at Freddy's. Check. Steven Universe. Check. These may mean nothing to you but my 3 boys love this stuff. So this year of course I went back to Teepublic to find more shirts and designs of their current favorites but the sizes I picked were not right (my bad) and I initiated an exchange ASAP so I can get everything before the holidays. Well, within minutes of initiating my return, I had an email from their customer service team telling me the new items were on the way at no cost and I could keep the wrong sizes to regift or donate. Wow. I'm literally speechless. As if I couldn't like this company more than I already do. Of course, I always find shirts I like when I shop for my boys so I picked up a couple of favorites myself. Thank you Teepublic, you have a lifelong customer here!
I ordered a few shirts for my wife as a gift. The quality of the shirts are fantastic and are screen printed not iron on. Unfortunately the style of these particular shirts ran a little small. I contacted customer service and explained my situation. Without hesitation customer service had new shirts coming my way! To top things off, customer service CONTACTED ME and explained that the new shirts where cheaper and I was receiving a refund credit for the difference. Now THIS is how you treat a current and future customer. Thank you TeePublic!
I ordered the wrong size in one of my shirts and requested a return. The same day they followed up with a replacement solution at no extra cost to me. Great company.
I ordered three shirts in a size that usually fit me, but they were a bit snug. I requested an exchange and within minutes the request was granted and they sent a personalized email saying I can keep the shirts to give to someone! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I contacted customer service and in less than 24 hours, I received an email telling me the new order had been placed, and instructions for the shirt I had received. Ordered 3 shirts that arrived very quickly. Based on customer reviews I had ordered larger sizes, but it turned out that the shirts were too large and ordering up was not necessary. I contacted TeePublic to exchange and they responded very quickly to my email (within hours). They will be providing replacements ASAP, advised me to keep, donate, or re-use the originals. I will definitely be ordering from TeePublic again. I highly recommend!
Besides selling quality merchandise TeePublic has amazing Customers Sevice. I had placed an order today, and a few seconds later I realized that I had left something out of my order. I quickly placed another order and was so mad at myself for now paying shipping again especially when money is a bit tight for me now. I decided to reach out to the company to see if there was anyway that they could combine my orders to save me the second shipping charge. I could not believe how fast Georgiana got back to me to let me know that they had already refunded the second shipping charge.
I highly recommend TeePublic. It's nice to see that although I already knew that we love the merchandise that the Customer Service is top notch as well!

I just wanted to write this review to tell everyone that I had my first interaction with TeePublic and their Customer Service was Amazing. I spoke with Carina several times, and not only did she not get bothered by me, she was super helpful each time and took the time to not only explain what she was talking about, but to even show pictures to go with it. She did not get annoyed with me, stayed friendly and was more than willing to keep helping whenever I needed. And the response time was unbelievable, both from the initial Message to every one after that. Thank you very much for everything!
Needed a different sized shirt and their communication was quick and responsive. Got an exchange the same day. Shirt was high quality, but fit on the very tight end size wise.
I ordered a shirt for my grandson which evidently runs a little small. It was a specialty shirt which he really wanted. When I asked about trading out shirts for a larger size, I was given a quick response telling me that TeePublic had shipped me that larger shirt. Then, they indicated that I could keep and use or give away the too small shirt. There was no hastle, no convincing someone, no delay. They got to it quickly and simply. I hope their kind multiplies!

I ordered a Hedy LaMarr sweatshirt for my friend, Hedy. (She was named after Hedy LaMarr.). She loved it but it was too big for her. We tried to exchange it for a smaller size and found that we didn't have to send the first one back. We were told to keep it. So we are sending the first one to Hedy LaMarr's daughter in law who my friend knows. Thank you for your generosity, TeePublic.
I had never heard of this organization but was looking for a present for one of my employees who loves the Silver Surfer. I just typed in Silver Surfer and found this website. It is now saved in my favorites because the variety they have to offer is unreal. I will definitely look here before looking anywhere else when I am looking for that unique gift for someone.

TeePublic has become my "Go To" source for cool t-shirts. The quality of the shirts is higher than other company's, and their response to any issues is prompt and courteous. I recently order 4 shirts, and one arrived with a small hole in it. I contacted them about it, and they responded the same day (on a Sunday no less), and issued a replacement! Give them a try, you won't find anywhere better for selection and service.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
