I ordered a t-shirt in honor of my son currently deployed for over 8 months. It was a little too snug. I emailed the company and asked if I could exchange for a the next size up. Not only did they respond right away, they said I could keep or donate to someone who could use it, AND, they were sending me a larger size for FREE! I've never experienced awesome customer service like this! I highly recommend this company. The quality of the shirts are awesome too!
I ordered a Union of the UnWanted hoodie. When it was delivered, sadly, the colors on the emblem were not correct. TeePublic sent 2 replacements; the first replacement was in worse shape than the initial hoodie. But TeePublic stood behind their guarantee and sent a 2nd replacement which came out PERFECT! I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again. Their support staff really came through for me!

They suspended / deleted my account after 3 days I created my account without any reason, just say that I violated their terms... So I googled and try to find what should I do. Then I found A LOT of people has experienced this so I wrote an email to their legal team and told them your bot banned wrong person again with my original psd file. Then they reinstate my account within 2 hours. Its pretty annoyed but since they have already recovered my account and reply to my email really fast (Especially it was on Friday night, I didn't expect someone to reply me at 21) so I give them 3 stars
-1 star because they didn't apologize for their mistake, not that happy to be banned in error and not getting a single sorry:-(
I ordered a vintage Purdue Pete sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas. After receiving it, she wanted a bigger size. I contacted TeePublic and they responded quickly and shipped the new size out the same day I emailed. They even told me not to worry about shipping back the original. The sweatshirt was perfect- loved the Purdue Pete and it was soft snd comfortable. We will definitely use TeePublic again!
I ordered two shirts, and when they arrived, I discovered they were mistakenly made using the wrong material. I emailed TeePublic to find out what could be done, and they got back to me immediately, confessed to their mistake and apologized, and then sent me the correct shirts using expedited shipping. They even told me I could keep the other shirts! They totally live up to their "Holy Shirt" guarantee, and with customer service like this, I want to buy all of my shirts from TeePublic! <3
SHOP AT TEEPUBLIC! I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas that ended up being too small. They sent a bigger size for free and told me to keep the first shirt. The second shirt was also too small (I'm not an idiot; this particular shirt just ran REALLY small). I emailed customer service, hoping I could mail the first 2 back and get a bigger size. They sent me a THIRD shirt-no cost! Also, the shirt quality was great. I will never buy tee shirts anywhere else.
Accidentally, the wrong size/color was sent to me. I am giving teepublic 5 stars due to the customer support/corrected product that I received.
I contacted customer service and they wrote back immediately and fixed the problem. I got my corrected sweatshirt within a few days, and it was hassle free. I would definitely be purchasing from them again!

So... we have ordered from TeePublic on many ocassions, but this last order in January 2022, we had our first problem ever. When we got our shirts, ourdaughter tried them on, and was so excited that they fit. Then we washed them per the instructions on the shirt label. After coming out of the dreyer, they had shrunk about 3 inches. Well, you can imagine what happened next... tears.
We sent a message with photo of what they looked like to TeePublic on Sunday and by Monday morning, we had a response. TeePublic said they were REPLACING ALL of the shirts and told us to re-use or give away the shirts that were bad. Needless to say, our daughter is absolutely crazy that she'll get new ones that fit.
We'll be donating the shrunken ones to the local thrift store that helps the homeless and disadvantaged around the Charlotte area. There has to be someone who can use them.
TeePublic ACED their customer service! Can't wait to buy from them again.
My order had an issue and sent them an email with low expectation (it's just a shirt). But response was prompt, professional and resolved immediately. I don't normally write reviews but this company really impressed me. Buy with confidence!
I bought a tee at the end of November so it could come for Christmas as a gift. I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED IT! Every single day i check the tracking and every day it gets further and further. It always says it's going to be here the next day and then pushes it. I'm so extremely unhappy with this and frustrated, i don't even know if i will ever receive this shirt. It is now January 5th and i have a feeling i won't get my money back. This must be a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL NEVER GET IT!
Placed my order on December 12th because the site said delivery would still be possible to my region before Christmas. We had our Christmas celebration December 27th and it still had not arrived. It is now January 4th and still nothing. I contacted them for an update and received an automated reply only. The tracking number provided has had the same status for weeks "on its way". I understand shipping can be slow at this time of year but you should not guarantee something if you cannot provide it. And when tracking info doesn't change for weeks it is somewhat concerning and i'm worried that I will never see this order at all. To frustrate me even more I kept getting spam from them to get me to buy more things when I still haven't received my first order. Not likely to order from here in the future.
They have misleading names on their tshirts. I bought one called "charlie dont surf" this was in quotes. The pic is of manson. This is a well known shirt design. The shirts came without the verbiage. When contacted they said that's just the name.

I reached out to the company to let them know I had an issue with the shirts. They immediately fixed the issue! I bought 3 shirts for my husband for Christmas. I was given 3 new shirts with out hesitation! I will be definitely be using this company in the future. Very fast response! Very professional even through email.
I ordered 10 tees for xmas gifts, one had defect in the lettering. I sent email to draw attention to this because I was ordering additional tees for larger sizes (I ordered the wrong size for 2 of the gals). I did not make any requests for exchanges. Not only did they replace the defective tee, they replaced the 2 additional tees that I needed in a larger size.
I requested a statement to pay for the tees, customer service refused. I was not asking for nor expected the service that was provided to me. This was only my 2nd time placing an order with them... I'm very impressed & will be a return customer.
I bought a tee shirt as a sole Christmas gift for my daughters boyfriend. I had no recourse but to gift him this piece of garbage. The design and graphic quality was very good. It doesn't matter when it is printed in single ply toilet paper thin material. You can see thru the material. Very disappointed.
Still have not received shipment. It was guaranteed before Christmas by TeePublic. Unless you have months to wait…. Find another website. Plenty out there
What a wonderful company! I had an issue with a couple shirts, sent email, and got an immediate reply. And when they say they will make sure you are happy with your purchase, they follow through! Definitely will continue to shop with them!
Quick shipping and great communication through the delivery process. Amazing customer service when one of the tees was the wrong size. So nice to deal with a company with real people at the other end!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
