I ordered a women's size LARGE. I am 5'6,120 lbs. and I wear a size 4 (misses). The size large would only fit a small child. There is no stretch whatsoever. Good luck trying to return it, the site is not user-friendly and there is no phone number, no way to talk to them directly.
Bought a one shirt 2x with alot of writing. The shirt came in terrible packaging and smelled terrible. The wording is cheap and the shirt looks like a large. I spent almost $30 on one shirt. Never again!
They just delete your account without any warning or explanation why. My designs were designed all by myself. I emailed them and they totally ignored me and after reading the reviews from other designers that had the same unpleasant experience as me, now I know this is something common that they do.
I am an artist and I am selling my stuff on several different platforms. A few months ago I decided to try TeePublic. I uploaded more than 100 high-quality, original designs. A few weeks ago, my account was closed without ANY explanation. I tried to contact them, but they just ignore me. Due to my experience, I can guarantee that there is nothing wrong with my designs. I spent hours of my time uploading to be removed without explanation. Also, I wonder what will happen to my uploaded designs and my earnings now that I am no longer a member and cannot contact them. AVOID!
I ordered a shirt from them well over a month ago and when i recieved it the print quality was horrible, lines bleeding into eachother on a 3 color shirt. They send a replacement half a month later and cut off over a 1/4th inch of the design and then proceed to DELETE IT and MY ACCOUNT from their website. I again send them a report on quality issues. I get sent a replacement for the replacement. Not only is tbe print over an inch larger then it should be, but it is tilted and even worse quality than the first initial shirt i recieved. At this point I just want to know if they even have the ability to print a proper shirt because what ive repeatidly recieved is issue after issue on items that should not be passing quality checks in their facilities at all.
These people sell really low quality shirts, say they are really good quality, then proceed to remove artist shop day before payout and not pay the money to the artist...
I was skeptical with some of the reviews I saw but I really wanted it so I took a chance. I ordered a large chocolate rainbow cupcake hoodie in black and it was delivered in 5 days with updates sent the whole time. The print is a little dull compared to the online pic but I understand that it's printed over black so that's to be expected. Anyways, the sizing was perfect too and the material is thick, warm and cozy. Thank you so much for my amazing new hoodie. Can't wait to show it off!
Avoid this scam site, they will take your money but never ship the ordered item. Customer service is not to be found. 100% Scam.
Very slow and terrible customer service. Item took forever to receive after paying an additional $20 for expedited shipping. Avoid at all costs.
ORDER A SHIRT ON OCTOBER 10TH RECEIPT SAID I WOULD RECEIVE WITH IN 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY SHIRT AND THEY CLAIM THE DATE IS AN ESTIMATE TO GIVE IT UNTIL THE 25TH AND THEN THEY WILL SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO. WHAT THE $#*!, YOU CHARGING $7.00 FOR SHIPPING AND IT TAKES 15 DAYS. NO WHERE IN THE UNITED STATES TAKES 15 DAYS AND YOUR SENDING THROUGH UPS. CHECKED MY TRACKING UPDATE AND MY SHIRT HAS BEEN SITTING IN THE ALLEN PARK LOCATION AS OF THE 17TH NO MOVEMENT, THE ALLEN PARK LOCATION IS WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE FROM MY HOME WHICH MAKES NO SENSE THAT I STILL DONT HAVE IT, SO I CALL TO TRY TO PICK IT UP AND THEY TELL ME AT THE SALER'S REQUEST THE ITEM HAS BEEN PICKED UP BY THE POST OFFICE TO DELIVER AND NO FURTHER TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. WORST SERVICE EVER AND NOTHING BUT LIES ABOUT THERE SHIPPING.
Ordered 2 youth tees. Both tees were so thin you could see though them (one shirt red, the other black) and had a rough texture. Pitiful quality. One shirt looked nothing like the web site advertised. The design was 1/3 the size shown on the site, and the image was very blurry. Both screen prints were very rough. Only positive was the customer service who refunded the price of the shirt that had the image size issue, but that isn't enough to make me do business with them again.
After waiting over two weeks and no shirts I get an email with invalid UPS tracking #. Tracking # invalid for the next 3 days. Searched Google for phone # and found it disconnected. Did not return online attempt of communication. Called PayPal and attempted to cancel order. No forward movement for over a week. Finally shows up with no explanation. Can't trust this company. Dishonest. Will never order from them again. Too bad, the two shirts were nice. Came too late for a birthday and I had to buy a new gift at the last minute. What a waste of my time...
I placed an order on a Saturday and paid the $20 for expedited shipping that said it would be 3-5 business days. I needed the shirt by the next Saturday so that was 5 business days so I decided to pay the extra shipping cost. The shirt shipped on Wednesday and apparently they shipped it ground because I won't get it until Monday, so 6 business days. I wrote to customer service and they told me "we try our best". They basically made money off of me paying the extra $20 shipping and handling because they didn't ship it expedited. The shirt is useless to me because the event I needed it for was Saturday. Horrible company and terrible customer service.
The print looks blurry and washed out. The overall print is not consistent (there are spots where you can see the tshirt through the print...). Would NOT recommend...
Been a loyal customer of Teepublic and I have bought several shirts on sale. I love the quality of the shirt and prints. Check "CoolArts" designs they upload almost every day.
They advertised a 15% discount if you subscribe, but did not honor it in my total checkout price, stating item was already on sale. That was not mentioned anywhere on website before ordering. I sent at least two emails to them to cancel my order and cancel my subscription if discount does not apply. Site says they will respond within 24 hrs. 48 hrs later, I received conformation my package is on the way. Then they said I can return it. Not only did they not honor the false advertised discount, but now they want me to spend more money to ship shirt back so they can resell it. NOT! Id rather donate it to Goodwill. AND they keep sending me bs emails as tho I accepted subscription. I opted out, however the email keep coming. BBB will be notified. Stay away... Shady company!
The design I liked looked great in their photo against a "vintage green" background. Unfortunately when it arrived the design was on a rubbery white rectangle which was then printed on a very cheap t-shirt. Having seen the quality (nothing like other sites I've used) I asked for a refund. They said they'd already shipped the replacement which arrived with the same design flaw. If you have a photo of a product it is THAT that the customer wants!
Ordered a Hoodie as a gift for family member. Took a little longer than anticipated, but realizing these shirts are Professionally made to Order, Not A Problem. Family member just received today, and in his words: Outstanding! Quality Company & true artisans; will definitely be keeping at this top of my list for any "Throwback" Tees I plan on Ordering going forward. Only caveat: Their UPS updating can use just that, Tracking says it still hasn't left the Warehouse yet. GREAT JOB GUYS, YOU HAVE A FUTURE AHEAD OF YOU! Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
