I've been ordering a Ladies XXL for the last few shirts and they fit great. However this time I am swimming in my shirt and I'm gonna need to tailor it for it to fit correctly. Super bummed.

I ordered 6 shirts from the grab bag in 2 sizes. When I got my package the slip said 6 shirts but there were only 4. Contacted teefury and got immediate response and resolution. Not only that but the new order that they submitted to fix the problem has 6 shirts listed! So in short they are sending me 4 extra shirts!
Whenever I get my stuff, I'll let you know how satisfied I am. The website is easy to use and the transaction efficient. In other words, I had no problem choosing what I wanted and giving them my money.

The quality of the shirt is good, the artwork is excellent and, though the turn-around is slower than I'd like, I understand that it takes time to process and print all of the orders they get. They always follow-up with me following the sale, notify me when the shipment is on its way (with tracking number), and let me know when it has arrived. How can I ask for more?

So I am not probably one of their bigger customers, every dealing I've had with them has been smooth and painless. Every once in a while, a piece of their artwork speaks to me and I can't resist. This (Ni - With Antlers) was one of those pieces. Two of my favorite subjects transecting on one shirt. What more could one ask for.
First, let me say that I LOVE TEEFURY! Approximately 90% of the shirts I wear on a daily basis are from TeeFury. I recently placed an order which was acknowledged by your system (and payment was made), but it never shipped. I reached out to customer service (and received some AMAZING assistance which I appreciated very much). My order has been fulfilled, and the CS rep even threw in something extra for my trouble, which was was really cool.
But it left me wondering how long that order would have sat out there open and unfulfilled if I hadn't mentioned anything...
