I ordered something (just an ordinary mass-produced item, not personalized or anything), and then had some buyers' remorse and cancelled right away, within 5 minutes. First they said I could cancel the order by going onto my order confirmation page and clicking "cancel order" button. Problem was, of course, that there was no "cancel order" button anywhere on the page. So I wrote straight back and they said that the order could no longer be cancelled because it was "in production." NONSENSE. They have a warehouse in China full of them and just need to take them off the shelf. The "customer service" department keeps telling me they are "anxious to be of service." NO service whatsoever has been given and I am feeling very stupid for ordering from Tee Chip.
This company is using fake Facebook accounts, posting pictures of someone's dying child with photoshopped blankets or shirts on them, then saying their child died and they loved "post group characters here". When every comments they are so sorry they try to sell the people these items with illegal copy written materiel on them. With a link to the teechip store. Absolutely disgusting, i hope these scum rot in hell. Wow! I can't believe it. The below picture originally had a caption that said "my son died today, he loved Calvin and Hobbes" now it is a link to their store.

I ordered Thsirts with prints. Quality so bad. Filled color is stripey, letter contours are blurry, the tees smell like plastic and stick together.
The black tshirt fabric is so thin its see-through. Really, even Primark tshirts are better.
And then they tricked me into a direct order for another 2 shirts that I only wanted to add to the cart. And then you CANNOT CANCEL. NOT EVEN SECONDS after HITTING the button by accident. I tried everything.
Never again and I recommend you do neither.So many others out there anyway.
I have tried and tried to get someone on the phone. All the have is this stupid recording. I have tried to send a message and I have gotten no response. I am out of almost 60.00. I am not happy.
I bought a shirt and a coffee cup from this store and I really love both! The items arrived on time and looked excellent. The printing and the substance were both excellent. This website is where I go for all of my clothing and gift needs.
Don't go there, waste of time and money, haven't received anything, customer service run by robots. You do not receive any meaningful answers... Got to open a PayPal case to get the money back...
I ordered a shirt that looked great in pictures, but what I received was a pixelated, grainy mess. It looked like someone copied an image thumbnail from someone else's site and then pasted and enlarged the image before slapping it on a shirt. I submitted a complaint and they said that at this stage of the process, I'm not eligible for a refund, just a reprint. I told them that a reprint wont fix the fact that the art is low quality and enlarged past what is reasonable and that you can practically see the pixel lines. They insisted on sending a reprint first.
The second shirt I received was a more color saturated version of the exact same hazy, ill-defined, pixelated image. I contacted Customer Service again and was told that I was only eligible for another reprint, not a refund, and if I wanted to proceed in the refund process I had to consent to another reprint. So wasteful, but after much protest, I consented. Then I got an email today saying I'm not eligible for a reprint or a refund. Insane. I would have never intentionally ordered a shirt that looks so tacky and homemade. I know exactly what stolen art and/or cheap graphic production looks like, and this fits the bill.
I ordered a T-shirt on April 8/21. Fortunately I paid via PayPal as it is now May 20/21. NO T-shirt received yet and NO reliable tracking #. I ordered via a company called 'Family My Loves' but the PayPal charges were via TeeChip. I read numerous reviews for Family My Loves with complaints similar to mine - no goods ever received and tracking #s invalid. They operate via recorded messages only so you cannot talk to anyone to get updates. Their process for complaints gives the ONLY option being that they will reprint your item if it is not received shortly. Why would anyone want to be put off for another 7 weeks when they took a month to print the first T-Shirt and supposedly sent it via a carrier that takes 3 weeks + to deliver? It does NOT appear that they are a legitimate company. PayPal has refunded my $$ but be VERY CAREFUL how you pay if you feel you must order via these companies as they do NOT seem to be legitimate. Ensure that you pay via a method that you can get your money back if no product shows up!
They stated it was in the process of being made, but when asked why it says it won't ship for at the very least 8 days... they proceed to say it takes 5-1 days to process the order? But yet it's being made within few hours of being ordered? Then the guy just logged out of the chat when being questioned. Poor customer service
The shirts I got was made horrible the printing looks faded I just got them today in the mail to out with they suck the XL is to big it look like it would a bigger person than me I don't like them at all I WONT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN NEVER
I ordered a tee shirt on April 3rd, got notified that it would ship between 4/9-4/16. It didn't and when I inquired about tracking, I was told it just went into production and would be sent "soon" and could take 2 weeks to deliver. I tried to cancel and my request was declined. So it looks like from order date to delivery will be at least a MONTH.
My dad ordered me a shirt back in February, didnt come just until April. The shirt said itll take 2 weeks to come by, and a couple of days to ship. The first 2 weeks there was a blizzard in US, which is understandable. After that, they shipped it. Took, 2 WHOLE months to come, and the tracking number did not even update after it said it got to Chicago, and even after i got my shirt, it still says its in Chicago. I also asked for a replacement of the shirt since it did not move after the chicago update, and they are making a second one right now? Yet I still somehow got my first one, which is even weirder, considering the fact they did not stop its shipment. Please be really careful when ordering from here, the service really does suck, but the shirt quality is ok. We also wanted to ask for a refund at first, but we couldnt get one since it "already shipped". I dont feel like getting anything else from here again at this point

Ordered on the 15/3/ still in production. Why so long. Requested my money back but said they won't. Still waiting but the birthdays are tomorrow so need to go buy something else
I ordered a shirt from boredtee.com, a TeeChip owned company on march 4. They offered a ship time line on march 11 to march 18. The item did not ship and they refuse to offer a refund. I cannot get anyone to answer their phones, and cannot figure how to talk to anyone at the company. Beware of doing business with any of their many scam businesses.
They are adorable, but only for looks. Very cheaply made. The quality is horrible. Does not fit well even after trying to adjust it. I can blow through the mask and feel the air on the opposite side like I am wearing nothing. Don't buy if you expect this to be functional and high quality.
This company is about as fraudulent as they come. Ordered a t-shirt from them, terrible quality. Also ordered a "mask" (same order) that is anything but a mask (more like a yard flag). Contacted customer service twice and got told they would do nothing. I will share this information anywhere that I can since they refuse to make things right.
I had a problem with a shipment and tried to call again and again but could not talk to anyone. They just kept referring me back to the same option over and over. Tried to get my money back but they resent but again no shirt and no one to talk to. I am out $24 and no shirt that I had ordered for a friend. Worst company. Do not buy from this company and I will never order from them not advise anyone else to order from them either. Did I mention they are the worst.
Wow this company SUCKS! Ordered a t-shirt and didn't find out it would take FOREVER to print and ship until AFTER the order was completed. Contacted a customer service rep and they told me there was "nothing they could to, the 'system' is blocked". Asked to speak to a manager and chat was canceled. Tried to give feedback on the experience in their chat window which THEY ASKED FOR... errored out. Of course! Wasting your money if you place an order with this company.
I ordered a coffee mug for my son-in-law, and when I received the product, it had two (2) words misspelled on the mug! "Gergeous" instead of "Gorgeous" and "temoting" instead of "tempting". Since I ordered the mug via my phone, I was not able to print out the order, nor did I get a copy of the order via email or when the order arrived. I'm out $25.94, with no recourse. I won't be ordering from this company again.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
