I ordered a blanket for my daughter at the end of August and the email response told me it would be shipped in 5-10 days. I'm aware goods are taking longer to be shipped at present but it has been 42 days since I ordered and four emails to the company and still no blanket.
I'm giving them two stars and not one because they did refund 10% after my second email where I asked for a personal response, not a generic one and an additional 20% after my fourth email.
But, still no blanket and no change to the status so it still hasn't shipped yet.
I honestly worried it was a scam.
Only order if you don't mind waiting months and chasing the company up with reminders.
My items arrived in good condition, securely packaged and undamaged. They looked exactly as pictured. Shipping was prompt. Will definitely buy again in future.

Just a group of scammers it appears. If the order actually appears, I'll be amazed. Claims they're in the US, then says they're shipping from the UK. Sounds like a scam to me.

This company is a serious rip-off... Before ordering I would try to contact them... TRY everything... Their is no phone number to a LIVE person... No email replies... The chat service is rude and will disconnect with you intentionally. They cannot give you updates on your order They cannot tell you when it will be shipped. They cannot do anything for you but try to sell you something else...
Ask for a manger -this is not possible... Ask to speak with someone -this is not possible. Ask to cancel your order -this is not possible Ask for a refund - this is not possible. Shipments suggest 5- 10 business days - its been 6 weeks and still waiting...

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
