Witholding my money

They refuse to ship products to me, and refuse to release my money I have in credit. I have no path forward, except to lose money, so, essentially, they've robbed me.

I placed an order 3/21 for $16 worth of cards, seller sent an email saying they didn't have some cards but shipped anyway tracking uploaded which never moves. This is conchobarcardshoppe I was like what? And asked which ones and said that and what cards were they, would I be able to stop the order for their unprofessionalism: I try to contact 5 times, ignored. Finally escalate to tcg player who refunds me themselves for the UNSENT order, finally getting the attention and a guy writes and says his 13 year old runs the store on tcg player. Absolutely nuts the only way I could get a response and refund was from escalating to the company but I guess ordering from a child who saw this on his school computer according to parent who "stepped in" after tcg had to get involved. Take the scammer off and leave my real review up

Not a happy customer

I placed an order for 1000 random bulk pokemon cards. I was NOT happy with what I recieved. I reached out, 3 times! To tcgplayer in hopes of resolving my issue. I never recieved a response.

They wont refund orders on damaged cards

They no longer are refund orders for damaged cards
Been buying from the site for over 2 years and noticed that before they would resolve issues and step in when you had a bad seller experience but now they just let bad seller sell damaged cards and will refuse to set in even when pictures are provided. Dabbers is the most dishonest seller on the platform.

On December 26,2023, I have purchased the Phyrexia All Will Be One - collector booster pack for my son.

I looked up at the Tracking and it said page not found. I reached out to (i am assuming the seller) he told me it was delivered, I never received it. Then he tells me it was on its way and to be patient. And it will be delivered on the 11th of January. Never came. Then he said it will arrive January 26, still nothing.
Then he said there was a delay, I will have them on February 2, got Nothing.

I messaged them on the 3rd, the 17 and again on the 13th of March.

I received an email from Postmaster that day stating my message did not get delivered.

I messaged customer service about the issue on March 25, haven't heard nothing back.

Not I am a very frustrated customer. Never again will I buy from them.

Originally was scammed by 3 sellers by giving me the wrong shipping and never receiving the cards followed by 2 of the 3 sellers being abusive towards me as a buyer along with mental and verbal abuse towards me showed proof of both of the sellers aggressive abuse towards me to 3 separate tcgplayer employees they not only all allowed the abuse from the sellers towards me but the sellers have also gotten away with false claims of actually refunding me when i didnt and the 3 employees from tcgplayer did not give a single $#*! and allowed that as well literally over $70 lost and all i got was a lot of verbal and mental abuse from 2 of the 3 sellers as is and tcgplayer apparently allows abuse from sellers to buyers on the website kinda explains why they dont both with a block user button on their website as well but after the worst and $#*!test experience i have seen on tcgplayer both from abusive sellers who should be banned on the spot and tcgplayer employees (2 male 1 female) i legit have logged off from tcgplayer for good along with going as far as blocking tcgplayer on emails as im just legit done with all this bs and allowing abuse on tcgplayer bs as well anyone is better off going to ebay probably a whole lot less abuse from tcgplayer sellers and a lot less bs from tcgplayer themselves allowing such abuse on their website to begin with as is

Terrible Communication and Slow Shipping
October 12, 2023

I ordered some cards I needed on a Sunday for a tournament thr following weekend. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It garuanteed 4 shipping. So, I felt confident they arrive in time for the tournament. The shipping label was printed the next day, but USPS didn't even receive the package until Wednesday. Now the anticipated arrival date is the following Monday. Literally double the garuanteed delivery time that I paid extra for. Will never order from again.

The website removes negative feedback for sellers consistently. I've left both good and bad reviews to inform buyers about different seller's ethics. TCG Player has removed every single bad feedback that I've left, for no reason other than "we don't agree". Well, they didn't buy the products, I did. So how can they disagree? Do not trust this site. They lie about the seller's feedback to make more money at the cost of the buyer.

Slow and wrong

I get it I live in canada and take awhile for stuff to get here and delays but for what I have to pay with exhachange rate but for you to $#*! up and send me the wrong cards and be late about it is ridiculous

We purchased Binderpos and were told the software could be setup so shipping is disabled. After multiple conversations with Binderpos/tcgplayer reps, it turns out that is not possible. I asked for a manager to call me or if I could talk to someone, they refused and we were told "When you're ready to deactivate your BinderPOS account, feel free to reach out to me directly." No apology was offered, reconciliation of any sort was offered.

I purchased one card from TCG, nothing expensive. But they send it in an envelope that looks like junk mail. I nearly threw the entire thing away. Then, I opened the envelope, crumpled and threw away the advertisements inside and found no card. Turns out they put the card INSIDE the advertisement. No sleeve, no top loader. Nothing rigid whatsoever to protect the card. If it weren't a $3 card, I'd bother trying to get my money back. Another player or collector would never send a card in this manner.

They take your money, outsource product, through no fault of my own they have my money and the product! Product was sent to a prison who opened it as a security thing, realized it was shipped out of a home and not a store, prison returned it. I don't get my money refunded or the cards resent from the
Store, TCGPlayer!

I have been using TCGplayer for about 10 years and it was great until 2023,

This year I got charged 80$ of customs fees for my packaged and TCGplayer does not want to refund me or take the package back, every order are very slow. I do not recommended it I will used a competitor website for now on.

Terrible TCG site

Do not use TCG Player. Their customer service is horrendous. They take too long to respond back if you have any issues. I have also had problems with receiving wrong cards or not receiving them at all.

Magic the gathering

I got into Magic the gathering and i love it i am really enjoying the new set!

I notice a lot of tv/book cerise themes and i would absolutely love to see a Game Of Thrones set! And am wondering why it has never been done that would be so much fun!

Everything has been A-OK so far

TCGplayer is a nice place to shop for and find information on various trading card games (TCG). There are a lot of different third party vendors, similar to the Amazon Marketplace. You can look up their ratings and reviews to decide who you trust to make purchases from. So far, I have made three purchases from their vendors and everything has been fine. Feel free and check them out, if you are looking for a good place to buy various TCG cards and accessories.

Fraud Website

They sell opened and resealed packs of trading cards, advertised as "new" or "unopened". Bought a $150 box of cards with 10 packs, and every pack was opened. The seals have spaces on each corner where they didn't completely seal it back up, new, unopened packs don't have this.
