The dress that I purchased was not sized correctly. I immediately tried to contact TBDress by using the phone number provided. The number did not work.
I sent several emails, explaining the situation. I keep on getting stonewalled and getting asked for pictures of the issue. The website promises a full refund, however when I tried to return the dress on my own, the instructions are too vague on the website, the cost to return it, is almost the same as the cost of the dress. I have asked repeatedly for my refund and for TBDress to arrange for a pick up at no cost to me but I continually get evasive answers. I have even been told to keep the dress. I will never again purchase anything from TBDress.
Ive ordered a tiara two weeks ago im getting married next week will i get it or not?

I took a chance on purchasing a dress after reading some of the reviews. The dress arrived fast and the quality was amazing! The dress was slightly larger so I am exchanging it! Dealing with the customer service has been top notch! I am doing more shopping for sure!
TBDRESS ARE SCAMMERS, THEY SENT ME WRONG ITEM AND ALL EFFORTS TO EXCHANGE IT OR GET A REFUND HAS PROVED ABORTIVE. THEY KEEP ASKING FOR PHOTOS EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEND THEM MESSAGE AND HAVE NOT MADE ANY EFFORT WHATSOEVER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I AM VERY VERY UPSET WITH THEM. I MEAN THEY SEND ME A MALE SHOE INSTEAD OF A FEMALE SANDAL. WILL NOT ADVICE ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS PEOPLE

I ordered a dress for a Gala & it came in a timely fashion & it was beautiful on!

I have made an order and when check the status it says its hold, since that time until now I don't know why its hold and I tried many times to contact them but no one answer, very bad service I don't recommend any one to buy from this fake site, I just wasted 200 $ for nothing,... shame on you.
