Hi I have ordered my item from TB Dress and its been three week still on status is showing me preparing. I don't understand what's going on because I tried to call on customer service but no one responding I also tried to send them email but still no one responding. What should I do now.

I absolutely love the variety in all of the inventory. I like how the sizes fit accordingly because it is difficult to shop for clothing online. The styles are never boring. There is not one woman in this world that wants to show up at an event wearing the same dress as another woman. There is clothing for every body type at a very reasonable price.

Never seen a site where i get discounted on all goods bought

They have thought of everything... even how to finish your shopping experience. Not only was it easy to make my selections of items but it was super easy to pay for them. I guess my only complaint was ALL the super cute things made it very hard to narrow down my purchases.

Im not sure what is going on with my item purchase, it has said preparing for about a week. What does that mean? My item was estimated to be here 09Dec-11Dec it is the 9th today and my order is still on preparing, should i worry? It also notes that there is a sub-order what does that mean?

Ordered 4 items on the 21st November and I still have not heard from tbdress. I would never buy anything from them again.
