I ordered 2 dresses from these people and which the delivery price is almost the price of the clothes, outrageous... I ordered since November which I was going to wear in December for an occasion till now I have not gotten my my order or heard from them... Who runs a company like that. Their replies are full of excuses... GOOOSSHH!. I wonder if the good comments I see here are from real customers, I doubt that..

Just found you am buying tonight for a wedding in March of my neice. So happy to be able to buy a beautiful dress especially at such a wonderful price.
I was pleasantly surprised with my order. It took a few days to arrive but was well worth the wait. The quality of everything was very good and I am delighted with the new additions to my wardrobe.

Please save yourself the trouble. This company does not have a real customer service phone number that you can call in regards to any questions about your order nor will you receive emails from a real representative. Due to the lack of a company contact number you are forced to deal with a copy and pasted (grammatically incorrect) robot response from a "specialist" that takes a minimum 24 hours to update you on your order status. Oh, and don't bother paying extra for quick shipping because it'll take an entire month for the item to be shipped from its country anyway. I paid for 2 to 5 day shipping on an inexpensive winter coat and here I am literally a month later still awaiting it's arrival. Within the past few days I have been receiving text message delivery notifications but that is it. I have asked for a refund but no response on that issue either. I pray that I didn't throw away $60 and the quality is decent because I am in dire need of a weather coat and the temperatures have dropped.

Hi placed my order on TB Dress on 26 Oct 15', and made full payment. I'm disappointed to say that my order wasn't delivered yet. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have never placed an order. So please note that they take very long to deliver their stuff. Im in Johannesburg South Africa, so it's not one pf the smallest places. Just know that if you place and order with TB dress you will wait over 2 months, maybe even 3 months. I still havent received anything from them and when I email them I don't get any reply back. Horrible service:-(
