Where do I begin! I put my order I. A month ago. TB Dress split my order, sending 4 pieces for $22+ dollars and holding one piece. I was given no explanation. I started looking into it myself with no satisfactory explanation. Fast forward 2-3 weeks and I recieved an email that the dress was on its way ANDthey charged me $22.+ shipping and handling. THIS could have been waived. I spoke with Yuki Yang several times to no avail. She would not reimburse the shipping and handling but mind you, they are offering free shipping and handling at the moment of writing this. I ended up paying twice the amount of the dress that doesn't fit anyway. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!

I needed a few jackets / blazers for work and i ordered 3 of them from TBDress. I am 5'8" and i am a size 4 so i ordered size M which fits me well on the body but even though the product description mentions "long sleeves" sleeves are short and have a length that does not benefit me at all. So this with the bad cut and color that is nothing like the ones on site made me decide to return the products and get my money back which seems it's going to be a problem since according to TBDress i have to pay for shipping because it's my problem if i like or dislike their products. So i wasted over $60 for nothing.

I am a very unique person and I like to stand out. After shopping other sites and getting no good vibes, I came across this site and I was stuck. So many of the styles represent my uniqueness and this will be the place for me to shop from now on. I love the selection and I found my size in everything that I liked! A great and different experience.

I purchased 2 dresses from tbdress.com in Dec2015. I had checked their return policy and it was clear that I could return the dresses within 15 days of delivery. The website said I could even return them to a California address for customers within the USA. I bought the dresses and they were lovely and felt like nice quality. For various reasons, I wanted to return the one dress and exchange the second dress for a smaller size. When I contacted their customer service, the gist of it was that they do not accept returns because the dresses are custom made and useless to them upon return. I went back and forth with customer service and finally gave up and settled for $60 credit and I kept the dresses. Otherwise, they required that I ship them back to China and then they would credit only 50% of my $209 purchase regardless of what their website said. I could not get them to give me back 100% of my money even if I shipped the dresses back to them. Their customer service always responded within 24 hours but they said they were the manufacturer and would not return my money in full.
Now it is March 7,2016. I received a comment from tbdress customer service several weeks ago that was attached to this review. I just want to add that I private messaged them back as requested and they have not responded. I wonder if they add comments to all negative reviews so that people will think they are addressing concerns when THEY ARE NOT!

I ordered this dress about 2 months ago and I still haven't got it yet I contacted the company 4 times now and still haven't gotten it. The reply is 17 - 22 days to ship out. But it's been almost 2 months and it's not shipped out yet. And then they tell me if I want expedited shipping I should go to there tbdress.com and order straight from them. Which I did and if I spent over $300 on my next order to expedite the shipping. Why would i make A order if i never got the first. I'm not stupid. Its been 2 months more than 17 to 22 days and its still not even shipped out yet. I won't arrive in time for me, for what i need it for. This is ridiculous and a customer service sucks. Don't order from them I believe it's a scam.

I bought more then five tops. Every thing superb. Very good quality as well.

Although it has been several months since my wedding, I do not want to lose the opportunity to do a review of my wedding dress. I can tell you that the delivery was fast. The quality of precious stones and organza fabric as well as the seam was very good. The dress was my size because I ordered it to custom made. I just had to fix it in the back, because the transparent fabric was wide. Her train had the perfect cut and she slid gracefully, being perfect in all the photos. I recommend this website for their good quality, customer care and great prices
