I received my dress which I purchased from TBdress website damaged. When I opened the package, which was a simple plastic bag, which offered no shipping protections, there were a substantial amount of the yellow glass stones loose in the bag, and many of the yellow glass stones had fallen off the dress. When I put the dress on, the yellow glass stones were keeping falling off to the floor. The dress is not of the quality described, nor does the picture on their site clearly show these "yellow glass stones stuck on the dress or the description clearly state that there is any sort of stuck on yellow glass stones on the dress. I cant possibly wear the dress as you can see where the yellow glass stones are missing. The dress continues to lose yellow glass stones with every step I take while wearing it. I am devastated about the sub-standard quality of the dress and must have a full refund. I have asked for a refund for the damaged dress I received. I have provided TBDress with details, and pictures. I have also stated that they need to be responsible for the pick-up of the dress if they require it returned. I will not accept any out of pocket cost for shipping the dress back to them as it was falsely advertised on their website, and was obsessively shipped in an already damaged condition.The dress should never have been shipped, nor sold as a wearable item.The photos on their website look like designer dresses but are just cheap, low-quality garbage. After ongoing dispute TBdress wants me to return the dress back to them at my cost so I can receive a partial refund. Is it a joke?

I found this site and read the reviews which were mostly favorable. So, I ordered several clothing items: Dress, Jumpsuit, Jacket, Coat, Blazer... etc... to see for myself. Shipping has taken forever which I expected, since it is coming from another country. The items I have received so far are a disappointment, based on my expectations from reading the reviews. The quality is something I would be ashamed to even donate to a homeless person / shelter. The sizes are strange too. Sleeves to long, width across the shoulders to narrow, seams bunching up creating an odd fit... etc.
This is a case of you get what you pay for... Save your money, you can get better quality clothing at Walmart! It's really sad that there are so many dishonest clothing stores online, based in Asian countries. Many of which operate under several store names, selling the same garbage.
Buyer beware... shop local...

I purchased a wedding dress from there. I, like so many others, expect that these items wont be exact as pictures, especially for those prices. What kills me is the sellers denial of this lol. As if they truly believe they can convince you that theyre selling the designers dress from photos. I model for the real people in some of those photos, I know better. Anyway, they pick and choose the reviews so you will never see the truth. It is a nice dress for the price. I didnt want to pay $3k on top of the $10k spent already. You get what you pay for.
