I needed to return 2 of the 3 dresses I purchased with them. I tried to call multiple times since there were no clear instructions for returns. They ARE actually in China and you have to pay international fees to call. The time zone is so different, it's very hard to even coordinate to call and when you do they don't answer. I managed to chat with somebody online to find out that I will get reimbursed only 50% on the returns. This is not spelled out anywhere on their site. There was no supervisor to talk to. They tried to discourage me as much as possible to return and they made it very difficult, I had to write multiple e-mails to just get a return address. The only dress I kept, the zipper was broken, I had to replace, they refused to cover expenses. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional and cheap and misleading. It took forever to get the 50% refund. DO NOT trust them!
I think it suited for plus size women and it is not cheap looking. I look forward to ordering. I would like to have my twenty percent applied to my first order

This Solid Color Off-Shoulder Flare Sleeve Women's Blouse that I bought from TB dress is exactly how it looks in the photos on their site. The fabric is great and very flattering when worn. This top is an eye catcher and have receive tons of compliments. I love this top and very trendy.

I ordered this dress for my daughter's wedding. I ordered it in a dark royal blue, however when I received it, it was in a standard royal blue, two totally different colours. Also it looks nothing like the one pictured. The skirt is not completely lined and it looks like a different fabric has been used. I have been emailing their customer service for a week, and all they keep saying is can you please keep the one that was sent. I ordered it in a particular colour as I needed to match in with the wedding colours. I am appalled at what they call customer service. We are still in the dispute stage. I have also involved PayPal and a government authority in regards to this matter as tbdress refuse to fix the problem, and although I paid USD$107.80 for this dress, they seem to think that refunding me USD$22 will resolve the problem. I have already spent AU$60 in materials and AU$75 at the dressmakers and its not finished. This dress cost me nearly AU$150 and the repairs will definitely far exceed that. What should have been a reasonably priced dress will end up been a very expensive venture. This mob is as shonky as they come.
