So after receiving a truly poorly sewn dress, customer service was quick to respond. I sent photos, and they gave me two options, neither of which was a full refund. I was able to recoup $80, which was the best they offered. In exchange they asked for a 4 Star review. Thats not happening. If the full purchase price had been refunded I wouldve done so. My advice would be to read the fine print carefully. Dont purchase the dresses that are made in China or are custom sewn unless you want it to look like a 3rd grader made it. I will, however, say, that Sherri, the customer service person, was pleasant, and Im sure she has to deal with a lot of complaints. Its not her fault, but I wont be shopping here again.

This trumpet skirt is unique and wearing it to the symphony made sweet music to my hears from all the compliments I received.

I took a chance, although there were no reviews for my wedding dress and TB Dress not only has great prices but my dress was beautiful and the quality was exquisite! There were some loose threads but that is an easy fix and I couldnt be happier with my dress and the service from TB Dress! Im just a bride in a budget from Atlanta Georgia and my review is volunteered because I want brides to know that they can find a high quality and beautiful dress on this website.

I don't write reviews, and I'm pretty sure this is one of 5 MAX that I've written in my life, so listen up...

Okay, I honestly didn't expect this dress to be good. I took a chance on it in the hopes that it'd look like the picture. WOW. Yes. Just. Yes. It looks and feels amazing! I got it custom sized and the measurements are perfect. The straps in the back are a bit long for the middle-er ones, but easily fixable. Other than that it fits perfectly. It is long and flowy and fun. I feel like a Disney princess.

Whoever makes this dress, kudos to you. I've made mini dresses before and they're hard, and this is really awesome. Whoever made this dress also takes the requests of the customers into account. Yes, they actually read the comment box. I asked if they could do the top silver and the bottom a light purple. Request accepted and met. It looks awesome. The only complaint I'd have is that the zipper gets a bit stuck when the dress bottom meets the top, but it just takes patience. If you don't have patience, it's up high enough that it could easily be fixed with a safety pin or two, with no problems whatsoever. Also, it could only be sticking because I asked for a different color top than bottom.

The team that helps with shipping is very responsive and kind. Even though the grammar isn't great (for USA English), don't let that deter you. They respond quickly and directly and I received more shipping information than I do with most US shipping companies, and it was wonderful.

Overall, highly recommend. I feel like a princess and I'm going to do my hair like Cinderella!

So after I wrote a review on here, Summer emailed me and told me that they would give me $103 back for two of the dresses that I bought. Originally I paid $123 for both of them. She said that they could not pay back for the shipping so I just said whatever and excepted it and shipped out the dresses. I emailed her the tracking number, just like she asked, and the dresses were delivered two days ago. I have not received any emails or my money and I am completely frustrated and so done with this website!
