Order ******* placed May 2018. Dress measurement submitted, but wasnt made to measurements. Some dresses would not clasp across shoulders while others were sliding off shoulders and could not breathe when dress was zipped up. Color was not correct. We ordered a burgundy the dresses came in a red crimson color.
TB dress said they would only give a $50.00 for the entire order(5) dresses! We still have not received the refund.
Really like TBdress. Their customer care services are A plus and their designers seem to keep up with latest fashion trends. Style and elegance is a guarantee. I personally like their mens' Tees and Hoodies. I would continously shop using this platform over and over without any doubts and regrets. I highly recommend TBdress
Totally pleased with my purchase, I will definitely be ordering again from TBdress again. Most should keep in mind that sizes do run small for a good fit.

You can't go wrong with TBdress. Easy to deal with, lovely clothes, prompt postage and easy no fuss return system.
This is a really friendly app. I was in dire need of what to wear to a birthday party and I was low on cash then I decided to scroll through on tbdress app. Lo and behold I saw beautiful outfits that were really classy and at the same time very affordable. I placed an order and it got delivered with no hassle whatsoever. I would recommend this to anyone
Good thing is quality quality and quality period. They provide decent items that too in budget. I ordered last moment for my sisters and i was worried about the online purchase, but it was way satisfying. There are a lot to select from, so took some time for me to select one. Now for all my party needs its TBdress. I am using thee mobile application. Another pulse point is there payment options 100% safe. The website is little heavy on desktop that probably due to my sub optimal configuration. I am giving 5 star for good collection, fine quality and prompt response.
The best thing for Tbdress where they never lacks is their quality of the product and delivery time. I do have app too in my phone and I usually purchase for me, family and friends from them. I always get the product within deadline.

Tbdress has everything that you would love to add in your collection. I do purchase from Tbdress regularly and they always deliver me product on time. Last week I have purchased a dress for my friend's wedding and it was amazing like always. It resembled same as the images in their website. Tbdress is always committed towards their words and never lacks in anything.
I made a large order on March 21. By late April it had not arrived, so I requested it be shipped on May 21 due to out of town travels where I knew we could not meet with 15-day return requirement.
On June 2, I sent an email asking where the shipment was and the customer service agent said it hadn't been shipped as I had requested it not be sent as yet. The order was finally shipped on June 5 and arrived on Jun 7. On June 14, I sent an email requesting how to return all items as they did not fit and were of inferior quality. On June 18, I sent a similar email. I received no response to either request.
On June 20, I communicated with the company via Facebook messenger. That agent said to email customer service which I did again on June 20. On June 21, I did get a response back saying 15 days had passed since the delivery so no return was acceptable. I'll be contacting Paypal to dispute the charge. Hopefully I'll be able to do so.
So that was my customer service experience. More importantly, the clothing is junk. The material is inferior, and the cut of the clothing is not at all represented via the pictures on their website.

This is the perfect place for buy new dresses and upcoming styles. I search for a dress for me which I like but don't find its size so I start searching for on e-commerce sites I don't find it anywhere then my friend suggest me to search on Tbdress and when I search for it. I find it in half the price from showroom. That's so awesome.

My prom dress came in yesterday and it is stunning! The fit is nice and the quality of it is super soft and cozy. I love their style and colour selections. The dress is so beautiful and stunning. Just received my latest order from TBdress and it is amazing! True to the pictures listed for the item in terms of color, fabric and style and fits exact to rhe measurements provided. Can't wait to put it on for the special occassion in late summer!
I was very happy with my purchase. The dress fit perfectly, came in many colors including white which is hard to find, a and was very well made. I got many by compliments and questions about where I got the dress.
I was finally able to get my refund through PayPal. Don't waste your time bothering with their customer service. They will come up with every excuse under the sun to not give you a refund, even if you are entitled to one. The only reason I got my refund was because of PayPal. TBDress was forced to comply with them.

Order number: 3164043. Do not order from this website! I ordered this because of the site's guarantee of my satisfaction and that I could return it if need be. When I received, it wasn't exactly like the pictures. It was close, and it was a decent dress, but these differences made me not want to use it. When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly denied me a full refund, even though the website said that I could do so. I got tired of trying to resolve it with them because they kept trying to offer me a partial refund without just cause. I have now opened a dispute with paypal with them to try and resolve this. Do not waste your money on this, unless you are prepared to not get it back.
These are the largest issues that I have:
1. The design on the waist includes beads that are significantly larger than what was displayed on the website. I have included a photo with my hand for reference to its size.
2. The crystals that are attached to the bottom of the dress are made in such a way that they look dark when looked at from the side. This makes the dress look like it has dark spots along the bottom. This was not shown in the pictures on the website.
3. The sleeves on the dress that I received do not come down as far on the arm as they do in the pictures on the website.
Contacted the company before ordering was told it would be here in a timely matter when i ordered its processing for 5 days then it would take an additional 2 weeks for it to deliver asked for a refund couldnt get it luckily i paid with PayPal and filed a claim with them
My daughter is very happy with the dress. It's a perfect fit, looks exactly like the picture! Came within 15 days. It's really beautiful, excellent and fashionable!
TBD has a lot of clothes that are curve and budget friendly. The dresses always receive compliments and fit well.
