Anybody notice how most of the positive reviews on this site are almost identical and in some cases are exactly the same, read carefully most of the positive reviews sound like a sales pitch from the actual website, for instance ---

Reviewer named --- menu j. And Reviewer named khushi p. Both wrote the exact same positive 5 star review word for word. I am worried as I just ordered clothes and only now read these reviews. Fingers crossed I, although unlikely, fit their one size scheme. If all goes well I shall change my review, but these reviews have me worried.

I was always nervous to shop from any online shopping store. Then my colleagues told me to browse through tbdress.com and asked me to check out the variety of dresses. When I checked the dresses available in different categories I was completely stunned. First I was feeling hesitated to shop from this web site. But after going through payment policies and other terms I felt secured. I must tell everyone reading this review that this site has got mind blowing dresses and that too in different ranges. Only with single click I bought the dress and whenever I wear this dress I received lot of greetings.

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this website. My fiance tried to purchase a wedding dress from this website and after she received the dress she was incredibly unhappy.

First: She ordered her dress with tie up back, and they delivered one with a zipper back.

Second: The dress did not match the picture that the website advertised.

Supposedly they have a "satisfaction Guarantee" but when we tried contacting the company they have been blowing us off for months. They have been offering "20% discount on future purchase" which is ridiculous because you only get married once!

When we turned this down an insisted that they refund us due to the fact they delivered a product that was not as ordered they refused and just kept ignoring what I said in the emails and just kept emailing me 'pre-canned' emails that did not solve my issue.

Now after 20 emails and they are still refusing to accept the dress back. That is not a "satisfaction Guarantee". They are likely to reply to this review asking me to talk to their customer service. People reading this review do not take that as being resolved! I've been doing this for 2 months now and nothing. Their customer service is a joke. They do not even read the emails.

TBdress have been online for some time now and based on many reviews, the site can be trusted. It was just a few months ago I decided finally to give it a try before I could write my own review about the company. The customer support was good and they helped me a lot with my questions. I had to make sure that whatever I was paying for was worth it. It a few weeks my dress was delivered and since then it is a store that I can buy more dresses from.

TBdress site is easy to navigate and the pictures are generally nice. Ordering was also pleasant and smooth, the shipping was a bit higher than I expected but the cost effective prices more than negated the cost of it. I chose the cheapest shipping and was told to expect my package within 10 working days but I already received my package in just 6 days, which is great, so thumbs up for that. The quality of the dresses I had ordered were generally high, nice fabrics, stitching was all right, the fit was great on the majority of the items. I would do another purchase in the future. I have already recommended TBdress.com to some of my colleagues and friends, especially those tying the knot later this year

Worst customer service ever. I custom ordered my dress and when it came it was nothing like what was shown or what I asked for. When I tried to talk to them about this they we not understanding and said that it was my fault, even though they did not make it like I requested. Also, the quality of fabic is much cheaper than they show on the website. My dress cost me $229, but with alteration the total has gone up to almost $900. The horrible quality and customer service aren't worth the "good" price.

Buyers Beware! The dress I ordered was completely unwearable! Although the size fits, it is cut unevenly, hangs lopsided, and a 5 year old could've done a better sewing job! What they don't show you in the photos is what the dress looks like UNDER her arms. It is cut soooo low that there's no way you can wear it without your bra showing... unless you keep your arms by your side at all times. I emailed customer service about getting a refund or store credit (even included photos). Instead of reading my email, they sent a form mail saying:

"I'm sorry to hear that your dress is too small but please allow us to explain our situation. 1. Actually each of our dresses is free size. We did not have any other size. I'm afraid that we cannot accept the return for exchange since we have not have a big size. Thanks for your understanding.
2. You can keep that dress and if you cannot use it, it is suggested that you can sell it privately or send it to your relatives or friends and I believe that they will feel very happy for your kindness and generous spirit. Or you can just place a new order for the same dress but a bigger size and we will make it for you after the order is confirmed."

I DON'T NEED A BIGGER SIZE AND I WOULDN'T GIVE THIS DRESS AWAY TO MY WORST ENEMY! Horrible service, unwearable dress that's not even worth 1 cent. $18.99 down the drain. Thanks for nothing TBDress. I will never buy anything from you again. If I could give zero stars, I would! Also, I tried to submit a review on their site, but it goes to a 404 page. The reviews they have was obviously written by them. You can tell by the words they used compared to the form letter I got.

Tbdress.com is an excellent place to shop from. When I visited this web site for the first time I was not aware about anything, but the whole site is so well organized and categorized that I love to shop to from here. I regularly shop from tbdress.com and this time I had ordered for a formal dress which was huge discount of 65 %. As usual it reached to me within 6 days and I looked great at my office party. I highly recommend this web site and I know all the women are simply going to love it.

I would agree with most of these posts about their customer service not being the best. However, the end result was well worth the great pricing. I ordered my sisters wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses on tbdress.com with standard sizing, not custom. The wedding gown had to be personally altered because the hem was to long. One of the bridesmaid dresses was way to large when it was received. When we went to tbdress about the problem, they asked for pictures which I provided. They offered to have us send the dress back for a new one, shipping at our expense. As we were to close to the wedding date, we had to just make the alterations ourselves. Would have been nice if the company had not made the sizing mistake, but in the end it all worked out for us.

Stay away from them! I ordered a dress in dark brown for a wedding. They sent me a dark red dress. They refused to communicate with me for almost 2 weeks. When I finally got a response (I started demanding my pnoey back through PayPal) all they said that the color deviated on the screen and they won't take it back. There is a difference between red and brown, has nothing to do with the computer screen! They have the worst customer service ever, they scam you out of your money. My friend ordered the same dress for the wedding and the same thing happened to her. Try calling them. The phone number on their website doesn't even work! Neither does their live chat! If I could, I'd give them 0 stars.
