Every time I order from tbdress I receive a prompt service and well packaged orders. This time I had to contact customer services about extending their return policy as an exception due to the item being a birthday present and they were absolutely brilliant about it. They replied really quickly and extended the period by a few days so I can now wait until his birthday before giving him the trainers :)

I bought evening dress. Good price, fast delivery, amazing quality, quick response from the service department. If I buy anything else in the future, tbdress will be my first choise.

I will never order or advice somebody to buy something from tbdress they are scammers i bought a wedding dress from them but the dress that i got didn t have nothing like the one that i purchased looks like they force children to make those dresses because the dress was haft way done and so bad i am so desappointed of TBDRESS...

I’ve ordered several items from tbdress and all have been of respectable quality. Shipping has been surprisingly quick for this distance and usually at no cost. Low prices and free shipping with good quality and excellent selection of goods. What more could one ask for. Only one item was lost and they reshipped at no extra charge. Excellent customer service with frequent communication on any issues, a great organization.

Tbdress is a good shopping site with great customer support, but only the develiery is bit slow. I recieved my parcel after almost 1 months.

I will NEVER deal with this company again. I ordered my dress and received the wrong color dress. I filed a dispute with the company and they said that they would give me a $25.00 refund and to keep the dress. I paid over $100 for the dress! What is $25.00 and a dress that I cant wear supposed to do.
