I purchased a dress for an upcoming wedding. I did not buy a suze I went for the custom fit. I cannot praise the enough. The dress was perfect, better than the picture. I contacted the live chat with my questions and the response time was just a couple of hours.The site was easy to navigate, which is a bonus. The picture are beautiful along with the customer reviews.My dress arrived in the time that they said it would. I already knew of the custom fee as I had done my research before purchasing. I had all the information I needed before I committed to purchasing from the company. I was a little dubious about buying from the after reading some of the reviews but I was so happy with it.

I just received my wedding dress and I'm in love with it! I love tier wedding gowns that's why I choose this one, I had such a hard time choosing a dress because I liked all of them but I love all of them. I never thought I would be able to afford my dream dress but thanks to my soon to be mother-in-law I could because she lead me to your site. I have to admit I was skeptical about ordering online because I was afraid it wouldn't fit and I'm not 100% sure wait size I am but I was shocked to see that it fit almost perfectly. I would defiantly recommend your site to anybody and everybody, because there's so many beautiful, professional, affordable dresses and its shocking how fast it got here, I can't wait to wear it at my wedding in Oct. I was so excited to receive my dress but I was so worried that the colour might not be perfect, but it is absolutely perfect! I ordered a dress in 'watermelon' after reading some reviews that the dress was more of a coral colour than pink. It is definitely more coral which is what i wanted so anyone who picks that watermelon colour thinking it will be pink beware! The dress is prefect, fits perfectly except i measured my bust wrong and it needs taking in just a little (wishful thinking i reckon) and the quality is awesome. Will be recommending this site to anyone and everyone looking for a dress and I'm a customer for life

Worse company ever for a wedding dress. Ordered mine had to give them my measurements 4 times. When they FINALLY sent it, it was wadded up in a flat shoe box, looked nothing like the pictures and not even close to my size, trying to get in touch with them after they get your money is a joke, so now i have to buy another dress but i will go to a shop. Thanks for taking my money stressing me out more and not responding, customer service my $#*!

Ordered this dress for a friends wedding (I was matron of honour), there were 4 adult bridesmaid in total and we each had the same dress. Although we were all different shapes and sizes the dresses looked amazing. I ordered a standard size which meant I had to take the dress to the tailors to be shortened, also as I have a large bust and small waist I needed some adjustments to the top, although this was my fault I should have paid for a custom made dress. The tailor was very impressed with the quality of the dress and said it was much better made than some high end high street shops. I was so impressed with the quality of the dresses and speed of delivery, I recently ordered flower girl, junior and my bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding as well.

I ordered my dress a few weeks ago and I just received it yesterday. I thankfully did not need it for a specific event or any particular date so I would just advise to keep that in mind. I saw a lot of others having issues with dresses being sent and such. I guess I'll consider myself lucky I even received the dress. Other than that, the dress is simply lovely and exactly what I hoped it would be. I would give them another look due to their selection and prices but not if I had to have the dress by a certain date.

I ordered a purse from TB dress on June 25,2014 and have still not received the order. Order number *******. I have sent many emails to the customer service with no response. The phone number they have on their wbsite to call is BOGUS.

After couple of months someone finally contacted me by email after I have sent numerous emails questioning on when the item was going to arrive and demanding a refund. Very stressful experience and will not recommend doing business with them.
