TBdress is a fashion store online with clothes super ship and with good quality! They have amazing deals for sure. Their service is super good and the clothes super beautiful!
UGH! I ordered a coat on 10.21 after waiting a week, i checked on the shipping status, and it said delivered but i never received the coat. Checked the shipping details, blank page, i've sent 3 emails and have received no response on whether it was actually sent or not, tried the live chat on several occasions, that was a joke, after reading these reviews i guess i'll have to get ahold of paypal, too bad i was really looking forward to receiving the coat.
Tbdress is the worst clothing website I have even experienced. My first order was fine, although it had some problem but I was refunded full amount for the damage. My second order was a complete disaster. It's time that the company should realise that they can't fool the customers. The quality of the cloths is below standards, once worn the stitching is ought to come out.
Their staff is useless. No matter what your once to is they have a standard reply to send back, I have attached pictures for your reference. These are tips worn once. I haven't paid $150 yo wear stuff just once. Most annoying is the communication with the staff. I will take this matter further if needed.

I have a 50th birthday party to attend in November and I have been looking for an outfit to buy for the occasion. A friend introduced me to this site and it took me 2 days to go through each link to view the dresses.
These dresses are just out of this world and I finally settled on a gold outfit. Now I just have to wait for it to arrive and try it on. I hope to buy more from this site in the future.

My dress bought on this website is great for fall and winter. Looks super cute.The sweater material is soft and well made. Very versatile dress! I will come TBdress again.
I received my overcoat last week, the coat is exactly what I was looking for.Its zipper is up to the neck which can keep me warm, and the length is good - just above the knee. Really a beautiful coat!

I bought an overcoat on tbdress.com. The overcoat has a nice design, it fitted well and has good material. I like it very much!
I wasn’t sure about whether the jumper would be for me at first. I thought the color was a little too dark but once it arrived it wasn’t as dark as what I thought it was. Overall the jumper is really nice and comfy to wear.
WAW I don't even know where to start... I only have bad things to say about this company. If I could give them NO stars I would.
1)I ordered a vest about 6 weeks ago and it has never arrived! I understaand it's in China but come on! I order from the UK and my package is there within a week!
2) I wrote to them maybe 5 times, the last time saying that I recommanded them to my friends in the beginning but that now, I tell every one that its a scam, and they answered once.
3) Everytime I go track my package its at the exact same stage which is «in transit» for 4 weeks now.
Now I am stuck there, I don't know if it's a legit company, I don't know if I should ask my credit card company a refund, I don't know what to do with that order! NEVER ordering from them again!
I received my overcoat and loved it, it´s lovely, nevertheless unfortunely it is a little big for me. But that's ok, I can wear a sweater in it.
