Zero Star. TBdress is the same company as TideBuyBridal, DON"T BUY. THIS IS A SCAM! They stole $253.00 from me. I've now filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Everyone needs to do the same, they are there to protect us from people like TDdress and TidebuyBridal and TD Bridal! I hope they are sued and shut down. They are liars, and frauds, stealing your money! They are a second hand shop selling USED & DAMAGED dresses not even worth $20. If you see a positive review please know that it's fake. These people are criminals (I have everything documented)!

I have done all my Black Friday shopping online with multiple online stores. I wish, I WISH, I had NEVER EVER bought anything from TBDress.

Online shoppers, please be aware. Overall TBDress merchants are cheaper and that's why they suck you in. However, the follow-up customer services are like hell.

Here is my story:
On 11/29/2014, I ordered 9 items and only 5 items arrived. I ended up return 4 of them via USPS, costs me US$58.- It wasn't fun!

As I am writing these reviews (12/29/2014), I still never received the rest of my order. I am still in contact with TBDress customer services via emails.

I wish I wish I have had checked the review before I do business with TBDress. Their merchants are cheaper because it is from Mainland China and they haven't developed an international standard customer services protocol. So when you do return/refund/exchange, you have to go through a lot of trouble and spend your own money shipping back to China.

I love your website and I bought the dress for my sister. Thank you very much for your help and we are so happy that we can get the dress on time. Besides, the shipping cost is really cheap.

Several days ago, I bought the dress from TBdress. Yesterday, I got the beautiful dress. It looked very gorgeous and graceful. I chose the custom size and I tried it on and found the dress fit me perfectly. As for the color, I chose the color watermelon. There was no color difference. I liked the dress sooo much.

This dress arrived in beautiful condition and very quickly. It was just as pictured which looked absolutely stunning. The size fits like a glove and it is a perfect bridesmaid dress. Overall, very worth it for the quality, price, and excellent service. I am highly satisfied with my bridesmaid dress!

These positive reviews are false. Look at the better business bureau. They have a warning out against this company. Look at other reviews. They are 100% negative and people have been ripped off over and over again. The positive reviews are writen by company employees.

I wore this dress to a university ball. I had so many wonderful comments about how stunning the dress was. I can't wait to wear it again! I was worried that the colour would wash me out or that the quality wouldn't be compared with that found in a physical shop, but I was corrected. Such an incredible dress at an even better price. Will buy again from TBdress.

Don't waste your money by buying their disaster products. The quality is not a defined word in this company. There is not even a simple tag on the dresses, I don't know whether they are second hand or not. The size of them is not fit. They shipped my order in 4 separated parcels within 2 months and DHL charged me for the price equal the cost of dresses. So shipping is NOT free.
NEVER do that. AT ALL
