I Am Sad To Say That This Website is a SCAM! I purchased a shirt that was 2 sizes, too small I contacted customer service & they told me that i would need to pay them $8 for shipping charges in addition to $12 through FEDEX to send the product back to them in California.

Every piece of clothing I've ordered was very small! These clothes is not cheap but for me to have to continue giving everything away because I can't fit it is what's expensive! No not anymore I'll never order from u guys again

Regarding Order number *******, Item Code: *******, sub-order *******

Among the dresses I purchased with them, 2 were very small, very poor quality. One dress (Item Code: *******), item of sub-order ******* in order ******* which was too small, very bad quality material, not at all as advertised. I ask to return the items to them but received a nasty response from their customer service agent that I have to pay myself for return and if they send me a replacement dress I have also to pay for the ship fee. They are thieves, liars, they have different company names but sale same items...

I am sad to say that I also got played by this TBS dress website. It's not accurate it took a long time coming, the size was not accurate, the material was not accurate, And if you have a problem returning it and you will because they send you a card with the information of a typed form that doesn't make any sense at all and expect you to know what number you need to put in your card to send it back. It does say it's a return card however you're going to have to call the service number or email. That way they will give you the number to put in there. After that you get an email about eight hours or more coming from Sherry. Saying that she needs to find out what the problem is before they can send it back in the meantime up above the email is the number you need to put in your box for the one item. I received another email exactly the same time I got the first email with a different number. So I emailed her back and said those are the two tracking numbers that you'll need to send it back but that's not true because the next sentence she says you're gonna have to send it back to China. Once again there's no address to send it to China now I'm having a problem with this whole thing and wondering why they're getting away with it. How can they have this website looking so nice to scam people in this country USA and more and more people know about it why is this business continuing to happen? I look at it as my fault. I should've checked it out first of all now that I did they're not even on the Better Business Bureau. On their website they have all these wonderful reviews but on this site every single review I've been reading is a problem with Quality, consistency, inaccurate information, and is hurt a lot of people when they had high hopes of receiving a quality product. So to finish out this review don't send it back and try to get your money back you're gonna have to pay for a lot of shipping and think of it as a charity gift to Hong Kong Otherwise you're stuck with a lot of anger, and disappointment.

Would give zero stars if I could. I bought a pair of nude wedges from this company on the 3rd of August for a wedding on the 22nd. They said if ships in 3-7 days but didn't ship out according to the company till the 12th (9 days). From the 12th, I didn't actually receive it till the 26th. I'm a size 7 but ordered a 7 1/2 so I could put my inserts in, when I finally got them, my toes are crammed and I have to curl them to get the shoe on, so it's more like a full size lower than I ordered. The shoe has an ankle strap with a bow, and it's on the inside of the leg instead of the outside and just looks weird. Talking to customer service was the worst experience. First they tell me, it's not their problem that it took almost a month to receive their product, and that if it's the wrong size, it's me who's the problem, and not that they made a faulty product or that the shoe runs too small. Because apparently, even though I've been the same size since I was 14, and never had an issue at any other legitimate store, it's me, not their crappy product from China. That's what the customer service representative spent several emails arguing with me about how the amount of time it took, the inferiority, and the wrong size, not of it is their problem or fault. If I want to return it, I pay for shipping, if I want to exchange it, I still pay for shipping, and if he could manage to convince me to keep it, he refunds me only $8 of over $40 for these useless shoes.

I was very sad and disappointed, I bought my outfit for my wedding in a size 3x, when it came a week before my wedding it didn't fit, so I ordered another one with express shipping in a 4x and it came two days before my wedding and the zipper was stripped, I cried and cried, on my wedding day and nothing to wear that coordinates with my color scheme, so I paid $100 total for two of the same outfits I can do nothing with now. Please anyone shopping from this store make sure you go up a few sizes and order months early to keep from being sad, embarrassed and disappointed as I was on my wedding day.

I beg of you for your own good never ever order anything from tbdress. They took three months to make an African shirt I ordered. The material and the shirt looks nothing like the pictures they have on their website. How can Chinese make African shirts. They don't have any idea how it is made. They try to fake it and it is so bad that I cannot use what I ordered. For your own sanity, please don't order from them. Safe the stress, the time wasted and your money.

How convenient that you needed the curly sad excuse for extensions smoothed out requiring a flat iron to verify that the hair was not sufficient to the advertised length sold to which you will not grant a fair refund for. Good business would actually mail me a return goods shipping box & pre paid postage for such a terrible inconvenience. Yet another disappointing interaction with this excuse for service.
"1. We will give you the refund $101 after we receive it and confirm it is in brand-new conditions without any damaging or dirt or perfume problems. "
You directed me to manipulate the items to your ridiculous standards to prove that this order was false advertisement to the point that the goods are no longer refundable for a fair amount.

I ordered a dress that came and was not the quality or color advertised. I wrote them and they said they would not take it back because color is subjective based on your computer! I disagreed and have written no less them 10 emails trying to get their return address. They refuse to give it to me and you cannot find it anywhere on the Internet. If anyone has it could you please give it to me. I am returning this dress!

The photo on the left is what they had on their website, the photos on the right is what JD Dress sent me. Clearly, they do really, really, bad KNOCK-OFF's. There was not enough fabric for the top to ruffle and flow in the sleeves or body of the top. I ordered several pieces each and every item was horrible so horrible, l made them give me my money back via PayPal and threw that CRAP IN THE TRASH!

If you find a positive review about this company it is a "LIE"

I placed an order last month with the expectation it were to be delivered last week. I canceled the order the same day it was placed actually, and requested a refund. They are trying to avoid refunding my order; and left an email and voicemail just last night, that they are almost finished making the garment, and how about I just keep it! One month I have been going through this!

DO NOT order from this company!

That's their first lie. I ordered a wedding dress online, took 3 weeks to receive. Zipper was not down the back, it was in the armpit. Couldn't physically put the dress on due to recent shoulder surgery. Never even tried it on. Tried to return it but after 5 back/forth messages with their customer service, they said they'd refund 10%. Buyer beware!

You should be warned this is the worst online company ever! I should have read reviews before I spent $315 on shoes. Every single shoe was NOT as pictured and did not come anywhere near the timeframe they give. I had contacted them prior to ordering and they completely lie just to get your money. When you ask them to return they first try to bribe you with $5 (seriously?) and then they beg you to keep the items. If you are looking to waste money and make someone else a buck then go ahead and order from here. Otherwise DON'T DO IT. You will definitely regret it.

This website NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY. My dress came a month after I ordered, like most of the ladies stated. The dress was absolutely HORRIBLE and did not fit even though when I ordered, it said US size. These people posting positive review HAD to be paid to do it. I chatted with customer service online and it was obvious she was not American, even though she appeared to be. This website is nothing but a scam!
