I have ordered a dress off of here the latest it is supposed to be here is the 22nd im growing concerned because after i ordered it was sent an email saying they would take a few days to process and then would ship it and send me a tracking number in an email im yet to recieve this and my email has gone unanswered
I really don't understand this company. Do you guys really listen to your customer's complaints? I purchased a dress on the 27th of june 2015 and finally received it on the 10th of july 2015. My usual size is US 2 but i ordered a US 4 to my greatest surprise it wouldn't fit, I won't even pass through my hips. I want to return it, can i have the address for return? And i am yet to get my refund for paying for 2-5days shipping which wasn't delivered as requested and up till now the refund Is yet to be credited after getting an email that it has. Expecting your response soonest

I have been looking for a specific dress I called the Lucy dressed only place I was able to find it with TBdress.
I like the dress a lot, it is very effeminate and exclusive

Ordered my dress 1 July 2015 for a function the 30th of July 2015. Dress was delivered at my doorstep yesterday 15 July. Gorgeous, the pictures doesnt do it any justice.
I will most definitly be a returning customer!
When I first ordered this dress, I had ordered it in Royal Blue. A few days later I noticed on the website that they had another Royal Blue color...(Dark Royal Blue)! I didn't realize at the time there were 2 Royal Blue colors. So word to the wise... check your colors & materials very carefully before ordering. I emailed Customer Service right away when I noticed the mistake. They answered me back promptly, but unfortunately the dress was already in the middle of being tailored. The color couldn't be changed! Seeing it was my mistake from the beginning I told them to go ahead & finish the dress. I worried for nothing because the Light Royal Blue is very pretty too... Dress is very well made! Couldn't be happier even though I had initially ordered the wrong blue color! Honestly, this blue looks better on me than the Dark Royal Blue would have. Thanks TBDress staff!
Less than a month ago i decided to order from tbdress my wedding dress.
I found this site looking around the forums about ordering wedding dress from the internet.
After ordering, i unfortunately read some bad reviews about this site and that made me feel anxious about what to expect.
But my instinct told me to calm down. And the instinct was right.
I received my dress just yesterday and that one was surprisingly good. The quality of lace is perfect. The material under the lace too. The fit of the dress -even in standard measurements- is really good, especially the back. I can say i feel stunning. And taller! Haha!
And the most important: THE PRICE. Looking around in shops of my town in Greece, they asked me for 1000 or 1200 euros just to RENT, not to buy, which i can't afford and also i believe it's profiteering, it's not worth to pay that much for wearing a dress just one time for some hours.
Also i want to add that everything i asked from tb dress team about some details of my dress, like other sleeves than the original design of the dress or other belt, they did it exactly like i requested.
My conclusion: really PROFESSIONAL job, really professional and kind service, almost perfect product. And of course i would order again because i am interested in some clothes tbdress shows in its site. Plus i would recommend it to someone who is looking for wedding dress.

Well wasn't sure about ordering from China so far away but I had nothing but good customer service the whole way your company is right on the mark and your prices are great and the merchandise is wonderful will be ordering with your company again very pleased with my service
