I'm so satisfied with a wedding gown I ordered from TBDress. I ordered on 7/18 and they took 10 days to made the dress. The shipping wow was amazing. I request express shipping and got it in 2 days. I definitely will order more items from here. I had a wonderful experience.
I would give this company a minus 10 if I could. I custom ordered 2 dresses & both came so messed up, beads falling off, they changed the color of the zipper, 5 " too long & unable to hem due to scalloped lace bottom, hook & eye did not stay closed, unable to zip the dress by myself due to bulky fabric. They wouldn't give me a refund until I sent the dress back with ME having to pay for shipping, $200.00 to return (yes that's right) when the dress cost $185.00. The other dress, also custom ordered was also incorrect. It is advertized as floor length & they decided to put a 13" train on it. It is 4 layers so hemming will be expensive. I asked them to pay for hemming but no reply, NOT SURPRISING. Stay away from this horrible company.
Update-
3 days later, I decided to go to other shipping carriers & UPS wanted $103.00 & USPS wanted $37.00. Glad I pursued my shipping options, The $200.00 was at UPS store at Staples. I am now waiting for reimbursement of the dress.
Dress #2 with the train- Paypal requested they pay for hemming & to reimburse me for the customization fee which they agreed to. The whole process was very stressful.
I have been very pleased with the clothes that I have ordered. Yes they take a while to come but I understand the reason. The only issue that I have had is that the plus size clothes all seem to not allow enough sleeve diameter. In other words the sleeves are very tight.

Could find lot of varieties with reasonable price, expect less shipping price
My sister and I were bridesmaids for our little sister's wedding. We went through a lot of dresses before agreeing on this one for our bridesmaid dresses. We both ordered a size 8. It was a little tight for my older sister who is taller than me (5'6" to my 5'3"), but they worked wonderfully. People wondered where we got such great dresses. The pearl pink that looked like a sophisticated white-pink turned out to be more baby pink than expected. We also substituted black satin sashes for the chiffon ones that came with the dress. I would suggest shortening the cross-cross straps if you are petite.
