I ordered a dress on 7/20 and it is 8/8 and its still saying its preparing. I order the dress in advance because i have a wedding to attend the first week of September. Where is my dress i paid for?! I dont have time for waiting and then have nothing to wear!
Saw the ad on Facebook. Site was incredibly easy to search. Pictures of all different color options with front and back photos. Easy sizing! Loved it!

The TBDress red plaid cotton dress is super comfortable and looks great. I am normally a U.S. medium and bought the large, and I love the fit. I get a lot of compliments on it.

I am very happy with TB Dresses online website. The dresses are very pretty and reasonable.
Paid only $25 for the dress, received it after 3 weeks, but the dress looks very cheap and not exactly as on the picture. Yes, they offer returns, but you pay for return shipping, which is about $20 from US and $30 from Canada (I live on the boarder and have a choice to ship from US or Canada). So, no point to return this dress, will go straight to Value Village. Learnt my lesson...

First to make a return, you Have To call the customer service so that they can send u an email with the return details. Then the 1st customer service I chatted with asked me for a "reward" at the end of the chat if I think she did a job. I have never heard of customer service asking for a reward, what is she expecting, a tip?
Then this 1st customer service took 2 whole days to send me the email with the return instructions, when the return window is just 15days! In the email was instructions in incomprehensible English. Only after I sealed all the items in one package did I really understand what the return requirements were. All returns have to be sent with tracking, the package has to reach them in less (via International mail) than the 15days i have now, & each package must be of less than $45 in value.
After a trip to the post office with my now 3 x repackaged returns, I was informed that each package with international tracking service to China would cost $44.95 from the United States! So each package of return has a commercial value of less than $45 but the postage is $45. Simply ridiculous! How can u force the customer to split the returns in this manner, the starting cost for each tracking service is probably exorbitant in every country. Granted u mentioned in the fine print Abt using tracking service for the returns, but not the less than $45 per return.
Finally, the dresses I received were all made of thin & cheap looking fabric. They look like they would either rip when u wear them or it would shrivel into nothing after a wash.
Forget Abt buying from this website unless u reside in China, even with the free international shipping it's not worth it. Now i have to get rid of those ill-fitting dresses, probably to Goodwill.

I have bought wedding dress from
Tb dress which came before estimated time, same as picture, & a good material
I purchased a dress to wear to a wedding. It took a bit longer to get in the mail BUT it was well worth the wait. It fit perfectly and is beautiful. I will be ordering from here again.:-)
