I ordered a dress for my cousins wedding which was August 15 lets just say I didn't make it I had nothing to wear.My dress showed up a week and a few day later. I finally got the dress I noticed a few glitter stains on the under side of the dress and flipped it over and it's black glue stains on the outside. So I figured I try it on anyway couldn't get my arms in my Xl dress so I just gave up Tried to open a dispute they told me no I could not. No explanation

Ordered, paid and TBD tracker site said it's shipped since July 13.

Til today, Aug 25, I never received my order.

The Customer Center staff never responded to my email

Will never buy from this company anymore

Edited: Finally the dress arrived in Aug 26. But when it did, it didn't look like the item I purchased. It has different color and type of embroideries, very poorly finishing and looks so cheap. Far from elegant pictures in their website (see the uploaded pictures. Left side is what they're offering in their website, right side is what I got.)

I have sent the item back (can't see it without thinking #^%$^&%^#$, so now I am waiting for my refund)

This company is real no doubt but it shouldn't be. This is the first bad review I have given any company. I shop online all the time and try to be fair and the only thing good I have to say is, at least the clothes look attractive on a hanger. The neck and the sleeves were not proportioned right so you are left to choose if you want you arms to go through or your head. It is not possible to get all three through their proper holes unless I wanted to walk around pretending to be a seal with my arms stretched directly in front of my face and even that was adventure trying to get that to happen. I have already begun to cut the material to make trick or treat costumes for my kids, otherwise, the dresses would be taking up very much needed space in my closet. Also, I was sent an email of the purse I ordered was out of stock I had no interest in Any other purses, yet the email said to make another selection and email them. I clicked on their exact link to email them and I kept getting error messages. So I lost that money and I didn't get reimbursed. Heads up! Logging into your account is another adventure on it's own. They didn't always allow me to log in all the times Ive tried. Some days I could get logged in others I couldnt. I did not try to take my dresses back, one reason i remembered the frustration I had attempting to reach them to replace the purse I wanted. And I wasn't convinced I would get my
Money back. I just don't think its worth the time and effort anymore. I get it, the dresses are cheap therefore cheaply made. With the way I shop I am used to knock-offs and easily torn or slightly disfigured clothing. You get what you pay for, but I have NEVER had a case where clothing was not wearable. I can not say much for customer service since I never managed to get through! Beware of tbdress the company is a joke and I don't know how they manage to stay in business for as long as they have!
