Recently I bought a hoodies from tbdress. I am so disappointed when I received the item. The thread came out, the design is different from what they shown in their website and the quality is not good.

Was able to wrote an email to them. Their replied was as follow:

"Sorry for the inconvenience we have brought. Of course you could return the dress within 12days since you received it. But you need pay for the returning shipping fee, it would be a big cost. So would you like to keep it or send your friend as a gift, then we are willing to give you a discount next shopping time."

Really disappointed on his reply. They expect customer to bear the shipping charge eventhough is their fault?! And he trying to give me another suggestion so that I will not return this item to them.

And now they are not replying my email already and looks like they are trying to let the problems drag after 12 days return policy.

Please think twice before you make any purchase.

This is a horrible company. What they sent me is unwearable. I ordered 3 dresses. 3 Flops. There is major heavy padding and metal bars in the chest area. I can't wear dresses with heavy padding. No disclosure about that in the description. One dress will not zip. I have worn size 8 dresses for 30 years. They said it's 8. It is off by about 3 inches. That is a lot. They say they will only offer 50% refund if I return the dresses. No disclosure about that during the ordering process. I've escalated the issue at the company, and still only the 50% return offer. I wonder how much it is going to cost me to return these. I am pissed. I have logged a complaint and dispute with the credit card company I used for payment. I do not recommend doing business with TB Dress.

It was a good shopping experience, very easy. Email confirmation came through right away.

I waited quite some time for my shipment from tb dress and began checking review sources online and saw many people giving very bad reviews of tb dress, saying they are a scam and clothes are crappy.
This is not the case. I purchased three dresses, three sweaters, and a coat from them and they were all exactly as pictured, very soft, and a great deal for the money.
Many ladies seem unhappy with the dresses saying they are "see-through" but if you wear a slip underneath they look very classy, even conservative (I bought long sleeve maxi chiffon dresses)
The sweaters are soft and warm, and those purchased with lace and designs, again, exactly as pictured.
I did get a weird call from Jamaica from them about something two weeks after buying-- I don't know what they were saying-- may have been an explanation of the long wait times... so I can't speak much to customer service as I'm terrible with accents...

I would also like to add to be wary of certain styles if you have bigger breasts as they may not fit as well-- but if you have bigger boobs you can probably avoid those if you keep it in mind while buying.

The products I received I am very happy with, and don't believe I could have gotten at a better price (3 dress, 3 tops, and a coat for $80 including shipping.) Worth the wait (1 month.)

I'd like to add, I'm not a fake reviewer and I think some of these negative reviews sound like teenagers who think buying a dress over the internet for $10 is the same as getting a hand tailored gown.

Great site, will buy again and expect the longer wait time.

Happily surprised that it fits. For my first online experience it was a good one :)
