I ordered a dress on October 16. Here it is exactly 3 weeks later and customer service is telling me they need 3-7 more days to PREPARE TO SHIP! That's the second time they've told me they need 3-7 days to PREPARE TO SHIP! I don't believe I'm receiving the dress at this point! This is the last time I shop at a random, on line shop that I've never heard of! ANGRY!
Easy to order. The automated "Karen" gives the same information if you have an issue. Need an easy way for customers to check on their packages. Need a toll free number to contact the company.

The fashion here is rally just impeccable I loved it from the start. Think more details of material should be in the listing but overall I'm happy
I purchased two dresses from this site, they are pretty nice for the price, but they do take a little while to arrive and they were quite a bit wrinkled, which is why I give it a 4 star. Overall, I am pretty satisfied though.
