The Tax1099 site is simple enough and it allowed me to finish my single 941 quarterly payroll tax form very quickly. I would recommend this software.
It was a very smooth filing experience with Tax1099 compared to my desktop software that took hours to setup. Separate state efiling support was a big plus.
This is my first year using Tax1099.com for my 1099 filing. I was hoping this to be a cookie-cutter basic 1099 filing but was happy to see features like TIN match W-9 request. Digital signatures, workflow mgt. Rights mgt. Notice mgt. Etc. It meets and exceeds my expectations when it comes to a 1099 filing software.
A good software is never good without a great support team. Contacted support for my state e-filing needs and help was awesome. Great software and great support!
The first time used this website for my 1099 efiling and I was impressed. This is an inexpensive product with great features. Saved many hours and overall very happy with the support and software.
LIked the plethora of features and ease of filing, Overall I would rate 5 stars with a suggestion to improve the user experience a little related to the post-filing experience,
Impressed with the fully integrated feature like TIN match, W-9, and efile. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fully integrated solution around 1099 compliance.
Used this Website for the first time to file my 1099 Misc and K form. Impressed by the ease of use and features. Definitely coming back for more filings
I used for tax year 2018 for my two companies... no problem (or at least I thought so then).
Fast forward to tax year 2019 and it is nothing short of a nightmare. First of all, for one of the companies, it shows my 2018 records under 2019 to be filed in 2020! Didn't they file it in 2019 and hence shouldn't be filed again? For another company, it shows nothing for 2018 and nothing for 2019 even though I filed 2019...
I have no way to know and customer support couldn't help.
Will not recommend it, will not use it again... what a pain.
Tax1099 site is really good. Wish they offered more integrations such as net suite. Will provide the same feedback to the support team.
Easy to use and would recommended this to anyone looking to save time and money. Liked the excel template for data import and how it catches duplicates and bad data.
Finally moving over from paper to e-filing for all my 1099 MISC forms. Buying a stack of 20 forms when i needed only 7, painful printer alignment, printing and mailing Really all can do here for a price that is probably 10 time cheaper and better than me handling personally + my time.
Tax1099.com software allows me
To efile original as well as the corrected return year round. USPS mailing post season is a plus.
Excellent experience filing several 1099 MISC. Ehet I loved the most is that this site is ready for 2019 tax year filing when other sites are still getting ready.
We use tax1099 year round die the TIN match and W-9 collection. It's a good website loaded a ton of value added features.
Used BDC and QBO imports for my 1099 test run for this year and it was able to pull appx. 1200 records in no time from BDC and 637 qualified vendors from the QBO.
Bill.com feature looks more exciting as it filters vendors based on threshold.
It works well with excel import even when I had over ******* records. I liked how system catches duplicates and consolidates the duplicates.
Easily pulled my 1099 vendors using QBD and it was easy enough to save hours that I used to spending printing on papers.
I like that I can log on and do everything online along with Form 1099 e-filing. It is comprehensive in the questions and covers everything I need to file IRS Forms.
Tax0199 is the easiest and most detailed application I have used for small business taxes filing online.
Answer: Hi, Michelle! If the state is a participant in the Combined Federal State Filing Program, the IRS will forward important information from your federal filing to the state. While some states have additional requirements where state withholdings are concerned, as a general rule, you won't need to send a separate filing to the CFSFP state.
Answer: Hi Roxanne, We have made many improvements, including a streamlined dashboard we will be moving to the site in a few days, additional staff for the deadline period, and a number of customer requests from last season. We will have some user training sessions beginning in November to familiarize customers with the updates. If you are a registered user on Tax1099.com, look for an email inviting you to register for one of those sessions in the next week or two. If not, send your email address to [email protected], and ask to be included when we send those invitations. Thanks!
Answer: Hi TW, thank you for your candid review. We'd like to reach out to you and resolve any issues when it is convenient for you. Send us a note at [email protected] with subject SiteJabber and we'll make sure you get taken care of. Thanks. -Tom
Answer: Hi, Stacey, Yes, we file to all 50 states according to the most recent filing requirements of each state! Whether the state requires a separate eFiling, paper filing, or CD-ROM, we've got it covered. It's important to note that you'll need to submit any additional state filing forms at the same time you submit the federal eFiling - once you've submitted the federal eFiling, you won't be able to go back and file with the state in a separate transaction. Let us know if you have any other questions! Tax1099
Answer: Make sure you do not have local system restrictions due to configuration of antivirus software, firewalls, etc. This can cause plugin to not open. Saw some article on this when we had similar issues last but no issues after we used the first time.
Answer: Hi, Jerry! When you eFile, the IRS doesn't require a 1096. We have one available in your account, if you'd like to print it for your records. To access the form, click the "+" icon in the top right corner of your Tax1099 dashboard screen. You'll see "Generate Summary (1096/ACA)" in the column on the right side. Thanks! Tax1099
Answer: Yes, we are an approved vendor for IRS. You can e- file with us.
Answer: Hi, yes we can file the Massachusetts filing along with the Federal filing as long as the dollar amount exceeds the threshhold limit. If it doesn't, then the state doesn't require a filing.
