Love the product, but have some issues. Of the five tarps I ordered, three had grommets at 12 inch spacing with binding, and two tarps were lacking grommets at 12 inch spacing and had they no binding. I thought I ordered them to be all the same. If I was at fault, fine, but if it was your error, I'd like a reasonable resolution.

I found the process to be quick and easy to order with custom dimensions. I loved that we didn't need a complicated back and forth on ordering these and I thought the price was great. The only thing I'd add is the ability to add zippers.
