After I ordered the tarp, I received an email asking me to provide more information. This information was already provided.
Hi Jason, we regret the inconvenience caused. Upon reviewing the details, we found that the order was moved to production as per our standard process. As the order contained personalization, our team did send an email with the logo showing its size and placement. Upon confirmation, the order was moved to production. We certainly believe there is always a scope for improvement in terms of Customer Experience; you can also email us about your feedback.
They where helpful in chat about some details for logo. Wish had option not to have any grommets. I requested on the chat but i guess its not an option.
