Thank you for my replacement shoes….these don't squeak! I received them very quickly. I tool the first pair to a well known shoe repair but was told they could not be repaired.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them and it's really hit or miss. The last pair I ordered started squeaking when I walked. They would not return my shoes because they said I wore them. But how would I know they would squeak unless I wore them? I also found myself returning a couple of pairs of shoes because they just looked weird, like toddler shoes. Height increasing but too big around the back and sides.

Please do not buy any shoes from tallmenshoes.com because they are of poor quality. They lie to you, they send you damaged shoes and then they don't want to change or return your money. They buy those shoes from China for one dollar and then sell them to you for 100 dollars. They are scammers, they cheated me and scammed me. I reported them to the customer service office. They have received complaints about this company being tallmenshoes.com

Do nota Buy anything frin this store. They are scammers. They scammed me. I bought some size 8 shoes, they were too small for me, I sent them to have them changed and they gave many excuses not to change. Macy's, Marshall, JCPenney and others have a good exchange policy, I've never had a problem with those stores. But this tallsmenshoes.com are thieves. They didn't change it even though I don't use it, and they returned it to me. That is an insult. But this is not going to stay like this. I will report them to customer service. BUT DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE, YOU WILL REGRET IT

High price and VERY POOR quality. I wore them no more than 5 times and the soles on the bottom of the shoe ripped to the point where my toes could poke through. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. They want to charge you $150 for a product that probably cost them $10 and then when you complain that it's junky material, their customer service will blame you the customer. Would give 0 stars if possible. PLENTY of competitors that would be better off with your money.

Ordered shoes from them years ago never got the shoes called them extremely rude disrespectful unprofessional. Called PayPal and they corrected it. They're completely incapable of understanding what you're saying and I would not spend a dollar at this place.

This company is the literal definition of a joke. I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding, when I received the shoes they were in terrible condition and the box was all torn up. I placed a request to have the full amount refunded to me and that shoe was $49 with free shipping. This company thinks they can pull fast ones over on people and only refund them partial credit for orders, they offered me $28 for a refund! Are you kidding me, customer service is extremely rude, and quite disgusting to even talk with. This company doesn't care about their customers, all they care about is money. They say it's Hassel Free Returns and that is almost a bigger joke then the customer service representative I talked to. What sad too is this company missed out on a bridal party of 20 purchasing shoes from them. What a shame. I will be contacting the better business bureau and filling a formal complaint as well. This is no way for a company to treat a customer. Tall men shoes is a joke, don't waste your time.

I was charged $22 for returning a pair of shoes that I just tried and returned (never wear even once).
What a rip-off return charge! Beware of their ripoff return service that they make money from...

I have been wearing height increase shoes for 20 years. Among other companies, I bought several pairs from tallmenshoes.com, and compared to what is one the market they are all good quality, and fit well.
One month ago I got a pair of nice sandals but the size was ridiculously big, 2+ cm compared to what is written on their size chart for that size; the box stated the right size but there was no size marked anywhere on the shoes. When I emailed them they told me that since that was the size stated on the box, that is the size of that style. So I got a refund. Which means that now I am out of the cost of shipping(as I live in Canada and free shipping does not apply) plus the cost of mailing back the shoes, a total of some $50, which is half the price of the shoes.
It is a matter of luck, seeing other reviews.

If there was an option to leave no stars at all, I would've done it!
They don't send their items and when you call asking for a replacement and/or a refund, they send you an insurance (THEIR insurance) papers and ask you to print it out, fill it out, sign it AND send it back to them so they can claim money from their insurer, I think it's a fake business online made to rip people off, the interactions i got with their "customer service" were a nightmare, they stole $80+ from me, given the choice in the U. S and around the world, I do not think nor recommend anyone to order anything from them, they're just a group of petty thieves doing their best to collect as much money as they can from people!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes to find they didn't fit. I based my size selection on a previous purchase, however these were a different label.

This lack of standardization makes size issues inevitable with customers.

This behooves the question of how fair is their returns policy.

They advised to send them back and they would be replaced. I did this, months passed and the returns did not arrive.

Via email, they have continually maintained that they would send them but were very busy with coronavirus related issues.

I put up another review recently and received communication from others who had the same problem. One individual had experience with them as a contractor in LA and advised that they were in exit scam mode, filling as many orders as possible with shoddy product and not fulfilling their returns obligations.

Do not buy from them and especially do not believe those phony good reviews.
