I had my oil changed at the Indy Southport location and Skyler & Hunter did a great job. Only place I go.

So I previously had my oil changed on my Fiat in Dallas, Texas. I then move to Wichita Falls, Texas and take here, which is the same oil change place and I am told that they can not change the oil because it is to hard. My car still has the sticker with this logo on windshield and for them to tell you this is because their pure lazy.

On 2/17 I took my car to the 1220 Missouri Ave location and the wrong oil was put in my car. Terrible

Was greeted and referred to as "Boss Man" even after expressing concern. Spilled oil on my vehicle. Management offered no reasonable explanation. Felt intimidated. I just checked my oil and it isn't even registering on the dipstick. I will never go there again.

Visited the location on Essen Lane last year, they took the cover off to get to the oil filter and pan and instead of putting it back, they threw it in my trunk.
Visited the location on College drive in Dec, they finished tearing up the engine cover and did not tell me. I found out after hearing a scrubbing noise. Pulled over, looked under the car and the cover was hanging. Went back and was told that the damage was already present before the oil change.

I have gone to Take 5 in town and employees were always helpful and polite. This last time, the employee who checked me in refused to answer my questions and had me frustrated to tears! He was argumentative and I swore never to visit shop again. The employee who checked me out apologized for his co-worker and made my experience better! I won't go back until I know bad employee is gone.

Saturday February 25,2023. Darren and his staff (# 0590 Green Bay, WI) went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service for a great price. They explained all the steps taken to get the job correctly. I returned 5 minutes later with my girlfriends Explorer and they in informed me she was very low on radiator fluid. Great job store # 0590!

Visited Rayford location on a Sunday. Arrived around 1:45 didn't leave until after closing@6:45 and car being towed to my mechanic. Remind you they close at 5pm on Sundays. Guy said previously installed oil filter was incorrect and my 2011 Tiguan was not supposed to have a canister filter. Needless to say he trashed part of the engine oil housing component and says it wasn't supposed to b there. I requested him to give me the part he trashed. After 15-20 minutes then called his manager as he says he couldn't get new filter on and previous mechanic cross threaded it. Guy tells his manager about incorrect part and manager asks for part so I gave to him and he reinserted back into oil housing. I called my mechanic to speak with manager and he tells my mechanic that he cross threaded it. Remind you this is a rebuilt engine and 1st oil change after work being done. My mechanic tries to guide him over phone on how to install filter by lining up the threads he says he didn't want to mess it up. Long story short car had to be towed. Worst experience ever. Please stay away from this place. Otherwise it will cost you more than the cost of an oil change. Also this place has over 350 complaints with BBB(Better Business Bureau)

We had Hunter and Sam work on our car today and they both did a fabulous job. Sam was kind and helpful. Skyler and Kevin helped us as well. I received quick service with good results.

They damaged my car but won't fix it. I will never be back. Actually they need a negative review. Manager don't know his $#*! from a hole in the ground

My son has taken his car to this place since he bought it. They charge $80 for an oil change whereas the garage down the street 1 mile charges $40. A year ago that's what this place charged. They are careless taking out the screw to release the oil from the motor! They STRIPPED THE BOLT! Then charged $2.99 for their carelessness. Then they only wash the front windshield (NOT all as before). Didn't check the tire pressure. I won't be returning here for them to mess up an almost new motor!

Went in to Take 5 in Jax FL on 103rd street, on Wednesday Feburary 15th, 2023, They proceeded to start the oiul change took my engine cover and slid it across the ground now its all scratched up, they charged me $101.00 for a freaking oil change but everytime i've been before its been less then $80.00 and i get the same oil everytime, i reached out to the Customer service number no0 help and disconnected from me, never going back and i will be telling people i know they are bad with service.

Take 5 sneaky people work at the take 5 1017 concord Pkwy north. I would never go there. The opened up 2 or 3 months ago and the are post false reviews about their competitors. I'm a loyal customer of SpeeDee and I will always recommend SpeeDee over Take5

They told me i had a major oil leak and a major radiator leak on Saturday. I had someone else look at it and didn't have a major oil leak and no radiator leak.

Went there in November, was told due to the vehicle being so new that full service would be $164, stupid me I paid it.
Had the truck in for full oil service at the Chevrolet dealer, $89.99 plus tax.
I asked the manager at Take5 today over the phone why the oil change was so much and he arrogantly responded because you don't have to sit in a dealership and wait for an hour.

Took car in for an oil change. The tech went under car and started to remove wrong bolts. He came out and let me know 3 bolts are missing and one is stripped from the skid plate protecting my under carriage. He needed to remove it to do oil change. My last oil change was at JIFFY LUBE.( WHERE I SHOULD HAVE WENT IN THE FIRST PLACE) he learned that and automatically blamed them. Makes sense right. Since they were the last to touch my car. He put everything back and sent me on my way to jiffy lube pissed. Jiffy lube manager was calm with me and my frustration. Pulled in and found the skid plate and all the screws were still there. What he saw was your tech was trying to remove BOLT UNDR MY CAR that had nothing to do with the oil change. JIFFY LUBE proceeded with the oil change. I apologized to the JIFFY lube manager and called your take 5 guys back to let them know they $#*!ing suck for making me leave. He apologized. I hung up. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. They need more extensive training.

I drive a old 2005 Silver Mercedes clk320.I took it in for an oil change in Florence SC on Irby st.I had the best experience.David the Mgr was great as well as all of the staff that was working that evening.I will never go any other place but here for a oil change.The Service was Great! Thank you guys for everything.
