On may 10th at 11:21 am my daughter and I went thru the drive-thru in Nelsonville Ohio. We get our order and go, home. Open it and the lettuce is rotten. I called the store and all she offered to do was give more rotten food. I said no and she hung up on me. I have called corporate number everyday since and they will not do anything. They say its up, to the district manager. Ummm what? Called health dept

Taco Bell on Beach and Garfield in Huntington Beach tells you that they will give you free refills. However, when you ask for a refill of your drink that was full of ice w virtually no soda, you are told that that will be $1. You ate better off going tocDonalds to get a 32 oz drink for $1 and free refills. When I asked why a dollar, I was told it was to PURCHASE the new cup. There is no truth in advertising at Taco Bell or, at least, this location. The $5 box special is really $5.99 and is the Chalupa box as opposed to what is on the website. SHAME ON TACO BELL!

I used come to Taco Bell all the time and always get tacos it will always include tomatoes in the tacos now all of a sudden they started charging $0.45 for a tomatoes I will not be coming there a small drink about 6 oz is now $2 I will not be going back to Taco Bell again

Every time I order they give me things that I didn't order. This place is horrible and I think they need to go out of business. YOU'RE BETTER THAN THIS TACO BELL!

Went to Taco Bell on Four Seasons Blvd. Hendersonville, NC today. The online web site said the location was open for dine in. When I got there the doors were locked. If they are going to be closed for dine in then they should update their site. There was a Doordash delivery person by the door and she couldn't get in to get her order. They told her to knock but no one came to the door. Not the way to run a business.

I usually eat at this drive thru twice a week. In about one in three of the visits, they screw something up. Forget to put in the chicken quesadilla I paid for, The soft taco supremes I paid for aren't supremes, the diet pepsi with no ice has ice in it. It happen so often, I sit in the drive thru and try to check the order before pulling off. This always seems to piss-off the person at the window. This latest time, I checked the bag to make sure they had the Chicken Power Menu Bowls in the bag, I saw both. Great! When I got home to feed my father and I, I found they forgot to put the fricken chicken in them. Not a little chicken, no chicken... If you can forget chicken in ther Chicken Menu Power Bowls, I'm pretty sure you can forget to wash your hands after a crap. Lets see how much better your complaint dept is vs your delivery dept.

In Wichita Falls on Kell and ordered three burrito supremes with steak meat. Not only was my food cold but the burritos were poorly made but it was thrown together. I'm extremely pissed that location needs to be closed. Poor customer service and cold food just awful. If you ask me I will no longer spend my money with any Taco bell establishment. Y'all get a big fat $#*! you from me. Only reason I'm taking one star is because I have to.

I quit going there a long time ago it is not any good and is a rip off there isn't enough meat on their items to even taste it about all you taste is lettuce and tomatoes
Is better to go to small mom and pop Mexican restaurant for real food and for around the same price as as getting jabbed at the bell
Think Taco Bell is just McDonald's (which I avoid) and other big fast food joints it is about the money not the quality of the food and I f they spent a lot less on advertising they could have better food

In about four cases over the past week, I visited the Taco Bell off the 1,000 block of West Broad Street. Even though I wasn't complaining, the manager told me she had no time to argue with me. She's just really rude. She wasn't going to give me her name. This is unfair as a business owner myself, and I would like to know how many other managers can not buy inventory at the Taco Bell company. Not only has she told me four separate times in about two weeks now that she may not be able to get nacho cheese fries because she's out, but she has another store that sells them to her. It's an obvious one. About why? And it's been going on at least three times over the past week now.

Went to order the 10 box and was told on a Saturday night they didn't have any ground beef. They said they would make some, called back an hour later and they said they didn't still have any! Sounds like they didn't want to make any!

Taco Bell Ordered nacho cheese box pretty good taste the only thing I found that was not good water down cheese not the same as it used to be. I also ordered a quesadilla horrible burns. There is a picture. I don't know why they would even sell this crap if they know they burnt it it should be in the garbage I gave it to my dogs. That's how bad it was Should be a shame of your souls running a company in this manner. If you cancel the product made correctly close down the place. You think people don't notice the changes You have made. What a down cheese is not cheese it's processed disgusting cheese. Sour cream was good guacamole was good the nachos were good just that water down cheese destroy the whole plate. Location is Hanley Road and Water's Tampa Florida
