Horrible food

Cold food, scant amount nacho dressing, taco beef meat tasted horrible which I ordered chicken. Only thing good was the drinks. My last time I will order from Taco Bell Was terrible.

Possibly the worst service e we at a Taco Bell. I have been eating at this restaurant for 35 years and have never seen the incompetence I witnessed today. 40 minutes in the lobby and our order was not ready.

Unhappy customer

Nothing like seeing an employee with no gloves on and employees on there CELL PHONES! Are u here to work or what? U wanna play than GO HOME! This really makes me MAD! Put that phone away and get your butt busy! And for the love of god say THANK U to your customers!

Terrible service

Went to Taco Bell in Edmonton on 156 street
And the customer service woman we were dealing with was very short with us and rude. When I asked for a separate order she told me they were to busy when no one was behind us in the drive thru so we were very frustrated. Then when I was saying my order I had to repeat multiple times what my order was. And when we get to the window I go to pay and she takes the machine away so quickly my card almost flew onto the ground. I patiently waited for my food with no talking other then when she passed me the wrong drink I yelled back at her that it was the wrong drink she gave her coworkers an annoyed jesture with her hands up. And went to get me the right drink. At this point I was just over the service. We got our food and pulled out to find out we didn't get our fries we paid for and they made a crunch wrap with chicken when we asked for a chicken quesadilla. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I just want to say that I appreciate the hard work of all employees and I want to thank all the workers for working hard and dealing with rude customers. All food workers deserve more credit and gratitude then they are shown.

The drive thru in Apex, NC is almost always down. That means you must drive around and go inside to pick-up or order your food. This is not a reflection of the employees but is very annoying to say the least! I'm not sure what the issue is for the drive-thru but it needs to be solved. In the last 5 or so times I have been to the drive-thru, 3 times the drive-thru system was down.

Awful service!

Went through the drive through. No one came on to take my order. Pulled to the window to see the woman on her phone with head set off. I sat there. The woman finally got off her phone partially to put her head set on and proceed to take the order of the car now at the speaker. The manager came to the window and as I was explaining what happened the woman stopped taking the order off the next person and proceeded to try and argue with me. The manager walked away and she slammed the window.

Went to taco bell in windsor quellette ave location had coupon for free bogo beef crunch supreme it does not state anywhere that it is buy 1 get one free it states present this coupon in-store to redeem this offer it should be in better writing that bogo means buy one get on free many people do not know this.

I love tacos from Taco Bell, but unfortunately six months ago something drastically happened to this Taco Bell in North Ridgeville Ohio, it is absolutely the worst Taco Bell you will go to if there's one person in line you will wait 20 to 30 minutes and when you get your food it's cold and soggy it's been like that for at least six months, you'll be lucky to get what you ordered, the people are rude in the food Is terrible, you will be waiting a very long time even if there's just one or two people there it's been like that for at least six months, I will never go back I will actually drive out of my way to go somewhere else because this Taco Bell is the absolute worst, like I said if they happen to have what you want it's a miracle they usually don't, their service is terrible absolutely terrible, This review wants me to show proof of purchase when I did not purchase anything because they didn't have it of course

Bad business

Why do you make the value menu items change when all you do is raise the prices. My order usually consists of 4 beef burritos of the cravings value menu. The price used to be around 5 dollars. Now it's 8?!?! For the same thing? Last year it was 2 dollars. You going to raise it again?!?!? Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I won't be eating here ever again. Consider this a loss of business.

This site is "good enough", because it has a lot of things but not all the items it could have but yeah it is a trusted website you can look at the menu and that is mostly what people would like to see before they go and overall it is a good website

Taco Bell New Castle Pa

Have been going to my taco bell in new castle pa regularly since breakfast returned. The grilled breakfast burritos ate outstanding. Hashbrowns bigger and better than mcd. TB is the way to go to start your day. Highly recommend them. It is hot fresh and fast. The staff is fantastic. Bobbie and Bruce are the best there. All though are great. The way service should be... freindly and polite. Thank you guys!

Taco Bell closed...

Went to Taco Bell today, I was desperate and figured they couldn't screw up a breakfast burrito. I pull up to the drive through and am surprised that a voice comes on and asks what I want. I had driven through the parking lot and there was only one car so I figured they were closed.

I said I wanted breakfast and asked where the menu was. She said it was inside only. I asked if the lobby was open and she said "not until ten", another half hour. So I said what's on the breakfast menu? She said "well, there's an app" and I said "well, $#*! you" and drove away.

I shouldn't have done that because it is the fault of the overpaid corporate peckerheads that put these poor employees in that position in the first place. How do you idiots plan to stay in business?
