Its a fraudster. Says delivered but dose not deliver food. This happened to me twice on a single day and no response from the outlet or delivering company.

Waited over 10 minutes at counter and finally asked lady to take our order and she told us to go to the kiosk and order. Went to kiosk and one screen was blank and other kept locking up. Walked out and went to taco John's down the road where service and food was great.

Taco Bell in Borger Texas is the worst with customer service. We are normal customers that come up there after 11:00 at night to get food. Every time that we make a complaint because something's wrong with our food they are very rude they have messed up our food every time. We order bean and cheese burritos with no red sauce due to the fact of allergic reaction my son gets to the red sauce and we get disrespected because we complain too much. How I see it is if they make their food properly the way the customer wants it then they wouldn't get complaints from us. It's so bad they know my voice. One of the guys his name is James cause my husband a fat $#*! over the intercom and he still has a job there come to find out he said complaints from other customers for being disrespectful they're not crew at Taco Bell and Borger Texas really sucks. What do we all do about it specially when they want to be ugly towards us for making the complaints. I don't even like giving them one star because they don't deserve it at all. Hopefully y'all can help us do something about this. I am going to send you pictures of my burrito that has the red sauce on it that my son's allergic to and my husband said no sour cream on his chalupa Emma sent you a picture of that cuz there's sour cream on it. Yes we did throw the receipt away because I thought everything was right did not realize it until we opened them up. But a guy named James and a lady named Makayla both know us and they know our orders and they both were there last night at the Taco Bell in Borger Texas when we purchased our food.

So you really now just get lettuce and sauce for your tacos or wraps that are supposed to have meat in them! It's so disgusting and just a rip off. The meat is so thin that you can't even see it! Will never go to a Taco Bell again

Extremely Poor Value!

I took 1 bite and opened up my $4.99, sloppy, Taco Bell Chalupa to an absolute disgrace. The attached photos show exactly what I got. Taco Bell must be kidding.

Also, Taco Bell's Customer Service Department does NOT respond to customers via email, letter or phone call. I am not too sure what they do all day.

Bacon club chulupa

I went to taco bell and seen they bought back the bacon club chulupa and I could not believe it was almost six dollars for one bacon club chulupa that had the filling of a regular taco...definitely not worth the money. I could've got a five or 6 dollar box and got alot more...the bacon club chulupa should be bigger than what it is

Your Butler Store absolutely terrible I just spoke with Alyssa the manager very ignorant and rude made excuses on why I CONSTANTLY keep missing food when I come thru the drive thru half my freaking order was missing and she is gonna say we rarely miss food my wife is in the book about 3 times and we continue to get the SAMEOLE results POOR SERVICE. POOR SERVICE POOR SERVICE Id had it up to here with your poor service I'm tried of getting added to the book or returning back to your restaurant when I like 20 minutes away get your stuff together Taco Bell your reviews reflect my dissatisfaction disappointment frustration anger and ultimately my hostility that I keep returning and it never gets freaking better

Lady yelling at me

A employee came out and yelled at me for revving my car because they couldn't hear the person ordering when the person ordering was telling me to rev my car and she started cussing me out saying "You're being $#*!ing childish knock it the $#*! off" so I told the lady it wasn't me bc I have a small engine in my car and to that she said "Yeah and I know you have a small $#*!" and I told her at the window she shouldn't say that to me because I'm only 17 years old and it's funny that she wants to yell at me for being childish and then say all of that to a minor and once I finally got my food I checked to see if there was spit and sure enough there was in my food and my friends food.

On 3/18/23 When I entered the restaurant there was a female employee goofing around with a male employee. The one female cashier that waited on me was ok. That other female kept laughing, talking about customers and co-workers. She kept making comments about how the night crew didn't clean up $#*!. The bathroom is all $#*!ed up and smells. She also told the cashier next time just keep the doors locked and let's just service drive-thru. The other thing that came out of her disgusting mouth, she told her co-worker on the register since she has a bad cut on her finger just dip in the sour cream.

I have been trying to get my Rewards app to work after years of using it. But for some unknown reason to me it started loading what looked like compter programing code. After waiting several days it was still loading gibberish. I delete the application and reloaded the app. Now it tells me that the "Device already shared with maxium number of guests". After 10 days of waiting and 5 phone calls I'm still waiting for their technical support team to contact me to resolve the program. Sincerely, Disappointed.

I ordered a QuesaLupa on the very day it dropped. I took one bite, the taste was grim. Crusty and poor, like a dirty person's flesh… Revolting. Despite my immediate recognition, I devoured the entire thing. BIG. MISTAKE. Oh God, I felt the fire of a thousand men in my ascending large intestines. After that, my body could not produce a single shred of debris, I couldn't eliminate the enemy within me. The police and paramedics arrived to observe me in an utterly disembodied state. My humiliation senses severed my dignity and integrity. This experience caused me to become severely mentally and emotionally impaired, my IQ decreased by 37% which has left me with little will to live. GOD cannot help me now, as much as I wish HE could. I am subject to the lustful caresses of the evil Lord, with a name starting with S and ending with -TAN. My life is completely, absolutely, Ruined.
