Missing items

I ordered delivery and I got cold food and they gave me 0 sauce packets I asked for 15 got 0 also the drunk was wrong size and flavor. Missing items too sadly they don't ever respond so cc dispute is next

Taco Bell in Idabel need employees that care and actually listens to what's being ordered. Not once but multiple times they have gotten my order wrong. And it's really not hard to NOT put sour cream in the burrito. Especially when they are not busy and they only have one Customer in line! The problem is the employees just don't care!

Ordered from Taco Bell on Sabre Drive in Virginia Beach for Delivery. Order received was INCORRECT! Got two SWEET Teas instead of two UNSWEETENED TEAS! Asked for 12 Fire Sauce but RECEIVED NONE! Two Naco Bell Grande did NOT HAVE ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS THAT I REQUESTED: GOT NO CHIPOLTE SAUCE, NO JALAPENOS, NO ONIONS! I had ALREADY PAID for these EXTRA TOPPINGS! TOTAL INCOMPETENCE FROM THIS TACO BELL! COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!

I go to taco bell often and the food is amazing but I feel a rumbling storm in my stomach shortly after consuming it. I always find myself running to the bathroom in desperation. I love that these tacos keep me up and on my toes. I always get one before work instead of coffee because it keeps me awake. The bathroom has seen better days but it is 100% worth it. One time, I ate a chalupa and something warm and soft started running down my leg. It looked like the beans I had! I picked it up and dropped it in the toilet but I couldnt help but take a whiff before saying goodbye. I decided that I couldnt flush it just yet so I played with it first. I had to go to work so I stuffed it in my sock, threw on my brown converse, and headed out. All day long, I was smooshing it throughout my grippers. It started to itch a bit but I didnt let that ruin my happy day. It was like a soothing mud bath. People started to stop coming near me, in fact, they would walk the opposite direction of me. My cousin said it was the stench but I think it is my new lifestyle they are jealous of. It feels so nice like a massage and it is amazing. I now get taco bell 3 times a day to refresh my poo socks and I am loving it! I would definetly recomend trying this out for yourself!

Rude worker

Ever since covid it seems like you can truly know when places close so I called the Greenville Mi taco today and the person who answered was rude and hung up on me
Who trains these workers to act like that these days
At this rate costumers are being driven away very slowly I guess Taco Bell's don't want costumers 1:24am

Taco Bell has decided that whenever they want they can lock their doors for dinein and not give any reasons or signs. I was a regular customer and I complained about this store and its manager and Corporate has DONE NOTHING. I've complained many times and Corporate doesn't care because noone has ever called back.

I ordered a Mexican pizza with extra beef and tomatos and got neither.
This Taco Bell in Saint John, IN is the worst around. I would like to get a refund for my pizza, but probably not possible.

I am a software engineer in Silicon Valley who eats fast food about once per month. I visited Taco Bell at 910 E. Charleston Ave, Palo Alto, CA, on July 24,2023.

I started visiting Taco Bell in 1995, purchasing "Light 7-layer burritos". Over time it was my favorite item, with beef, real grated cheddar cheese, fresh lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, refried beans. But, the menu item was dropped a decade ago from the menu, but you could still order it for a few years "off-menu". Starting in about 2019, that was no longer possible and I am forced to order the "Beefy 5-layer burritos" as a poor substitute.

Today I made the huge mistake of buying two. They have cheapened the recipe so now it is (a) velvetta cheese whiz, (b) soupy refried beans, and (c) less than a tablespoon of beef. For these two pieces of garbage I paid more than $10. The burrito was so bad I was forced to eat the one I bought for my son so he would not have to suffer embarrassment from it. I did not ask for a receipt so I am uploading a photo of my bag & napkins to verify.

I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Losing customers

Taco Bell once exalted the status of its customers by ingathering them into the "Belluminatti" club, recognizing them as smart customers who stand out from the wider market of fast food eaters because they found the greatest value at Taco Bell. This is no longer true though. Many companies have unfairly taken advantage of the public by raising prices after the pandemic. Firms should being breaking even if they are going to raise prices, yet all of them are setting profit records. We are not hoodwinked! Firms have been paying the bare minimal on employee wages and this should have been addressed before the pandemic at a cost that is not passed on to customers because firms have been profitizing on the backs of their paltry earnings for years. To use the pandemic as an excuse to raise prices due to the demand to pay workers more is unjustifiable. Since the beginning of 2023 inflation has gone down, yet companies see the new profits and are to greedy to pass on savings to their customers. Instead of waiting on the lax government to intervene (or later admit that it should have), Taco Bell should remind itself of the pricing strategy it used to keep customers happy by providing good value at a good price. A taco with ground meat, cheese, and lettuce should be $1.25–not nearly $2. When inflation continues to diminish (and it is doing so), you should bring down the price close enough to the dollar menu so as to retain loyal customers and obtain new ones. C'mon Taco Bell, be the socially responsible corporation you once were! Otherwise you will lose your market share because your niche is cheap food, not quality. Never has been, never will be. It's tasty; don't get me wrong, but it's FAST, and not a 5-star restaurant.

My boyfriend went to Taco Bell just to get two steak crunch wraps. He was charged over 19.00 dollars with tax. Not only that the girl at the window was rude walked away using profanity then went and sat in her car on her phone. I guess that's great customer service now. On line steak crunch wraps are 4.49 each. He was charged double the price She said the prices has gone up. This happened at Taco Bell in Claxton Ga. *******. Will not be eating there any more

Total FAIL

We don't use the touch screens because of germs and they are stupid to navigate and make even a simple order, so we order at the counter. That girl at the counter could care less about providing some sense of welcome for us. We really felt like we were such a bother to make a food order at the counter. When we did get our food the tacos were broken and half full. This is NOT the way a food chain should be run.

United States at 12:40am they close at 1:00am which gives them 20 minutes to help, instead the first girl who was helping us decided to stop and another one decide to come thru and decided to say they didn't have enough of anything to make us anything and that they were about to close.

I made a close to 40 something dollar order from Taco Bell order three tacos and a crunch wrap, I got on the phone with Taco Bell because once I receive my order which I will add a picture to there was nothing in the three tacos and a crunch wrap but a little bit of me and some cheese. Keep in mind this order was around $40 I called the store because it was absolutely ridiculous that my food got here the way that it did and the manager had the audacity to tell me that she knew that they were out of stuff and did not inform me, so that I could take my money elsewhere and get my moneys worth of food I am pregnant and it's really sad that you guys couldn't even take the time of day to let me know that you were out of all your products and that I would be getting a half $#*! taco and meal. It is absolutely disrespectful and ridiculous that you guys can't even just tell your customers that you were out of all your products instead of giving them half $#*! product. You guys need to get it together because this is complete bull$#*!.
