Took awhile to process order I kinda understood do to covid so two weeks was a bit much. Then the items were delivered two different days. Over all sent a few emails then the ball started rolling with the order. I choose tackle direct for the convince since I am a working captain and don't like having to go to different tackle shops around my area to find what I need I could order from Captain Harry's here in Miami and just pick it up although I find that some prices are better here a tackle direct so I try to shop here as often as possible. I have always been very pleased with Tackle direct shopping and shipping. However, My last 3 orders I did not recieve until a month later, some of it came but not the whole order, customer service was slow to respond back to me. I had to end up cancelling several items that I still have not seen. I will continue to shop with you, but a couple more times like this and my business and my fishing buddys will go elsewhere. I hope this is all COVIDS fault as with everything going on in this world, nevertheless I hope things improve on your end.
First rate - everything delivered as promised and even earlier
Ordered a simple box of 100 hooks, usually here within a couple days, they took a couple of weeks and I understand that the whole world is that a crisis with COVID-19 so I guess that is to be expected when ordering things these days!
Only complaint is it showed in stock but took 3 to 4 weeks before it shipped.

I e-mailed a question to TackleDirect on June 15,2020, and didn't receive reply until July 20,2020. No doubt the covid-19 pandemic played a significant role in this delay. But not being able to talk to a human being was a little frustrating (but I did receive my order in time before going on a recent fishing trip). It won't greatly impact prospects for me buying from you folks in the future, but based on this one experience, I couldn't give >3 stars.
The bladewalker is very hard to find on your site. Also there is no customer service via phone. It took almost 2 weeks for you to ship out when stated it was in stock. That is not right. Not even a notice of why or when. May not order again.
