Had issues adding items to cart

Received wrong sinkers...ordered 2 oz bank sinkers but received egg sinkers instead.

I got my item an it was already opened wasn't even in its packaging an it was slowly leakin out of the bottle.I emailed them an they never replied so probably won't shop here again..

I live in the same state as the Tackle Direct warehouse. It took 18 days to receive my order. I contacted customer service several times and eventually received emails that didn't really explain much. During those 18 days, I ordered a fishing pole from a company in Connecticut, and received it two days later. Do you see my issue?

I have made only 3 purchases yet and so far all is going well.

Took way to long to ship. Will no answer phones had to email and got no response back.

St croix rod was back ordered but was never told that. Had no clue when it would show up. Can understand the back order but was left hang n. Rod showed up in good condition and eventually there was comunication once i emailed. Have had good experiences with ta kle direct
