I have zero complaints whenever I use Tackle Direct. I usually take advantage of one of your many sales and have always been satisfied with the product, prompt delivery and the personal note received with the product. Your company has a family feel about it and I think that is quite wonderful in this industry. After all, fisher-people are usually quite friendly and helpful and thats what you guys are. Keep up the good work.

The Catana reel is noisy under any load on retrieve and is being returned.
Other vendors did not charge for packaging. Delivery times were better.
We had been looking for a specific pair of boots in a certain size for our son for Christmas and every place we looked was sold out or back- ordered. Then just before Christmas, Tackle Direct had what we wanted. The boots were sent and arrived on time. As it turned out, they were too small. I contacted Tackle Direct and they quickly sent out another pair. Customer Service was very helpful and made it easy. Also, the price of the boots was very reasonable compared to other companies.
During our search, another company mentioned that Tackle Direct often has merchandise that others don't have, which, in this case, turned out to be true.
The customer service was not reading nor answering my mails which led to a delayed delivery

Sent email regarding why I was being charged for shipping since my order was over $99. I did not receive a response.
Great experience. The only issue was, my reel was spooked with braid and they forgot to pick the handle before shipping. It was immediately corrected and shipped out overnight, great recovery!
