The original order placed, unbeknownst to me, was for a new product that had a wait time before delivery. Upon calling we exchanged the item for a current model and things went smoothly from there.

Had issue with egift card from Christmas. Took a few emails and discussions with customer service, but was finally squared away.
Received exactly what I wanted and couldn't find at Cabelas or Bass Pro. Going to Lake of the Woods in two weeks to see if the lures work in Musky and Northers. If so I will place another order for September.
The initial order and delivery was great. BUT! Because of the fit it had to be exchanged. This is where I was disappointed. It took several weeks from the day I sent the return and received my package. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. But, the return delivery. AKA, long process and delivery time. Well... IT'S NOT GOOD,AT ALL...

Better than BassProshops/Cabelas. Ordered Live Target Twitch Minnows and Swimming Shad from Bass Proshops and was backordered for FOUR months. Cancelled order, and found same products with TackleDirect. Had it in less than 10 days. Caught a bass on my first cast!
